      As part of the implementation of the Tax Code and the modernization of tax administration, the Committee of State Revenues has developed standard decision forms aimed at enhancing the transparency and predictability of the tax administration system. These forms will be used by state revenue authorities when conducting comparative control of electronic invoice issuance.    The forms were approved by Order No. 573 of the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated October 6, 2025, "On the approval of decision forms of the state revenue authority regarding comparative control of electronic invoice issuance." The most popular sub-purposes within the framework of education payments were: payment for educational services of educational organizations located in the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan, in shares (for each academic period or academic year) or in full at a time (for the entire period of study) (64,877 applications in the amount of 9.81 million US dollars were executed), replenishment of educational savings contribution under the agreement on educational funded contribution (4,776 applications were executed in the amount of 580.04 thousand rubles . US dollars), payment for educational services of foreign educational organizations in installments (for each academic period or academic year) or in full at a time (for the entire duration of study) (1,633 applications in the amount of 214.72 thousand US dollars were executed). Skopje, December 12, 2025 – Ambassador of Kazakhstan to North Macedonia Satybaldy Burshakov met with the Director of North Macedonia's Agency for Foreign Investments and Export Promotion, Refik Xhemaili.The Macedonian side was briefed on the steady progress of reforms in Kazakhstan under the leadership of President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev, and the elevation of political dialogue to a new level in the year marking the 30th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between Kazakhstan and North Macedonia.In particular, important agreements reached during the working visits of President Gordana Siljanovska-Davkova and Minister of Foreign Affairs and External Trade Timčo Mucunski to Astana in May-June of this year were highlighted. Riyadh, December 14, 2025 – Ambassador of Kazakhstan to Saudi Arabia Madiyar Menilbekov met with the Senior Director at the Public Investment Fund Mulham Al-Bakree.During the conversation, special attention was paid to the implementation of joint investment projects.In this context, M.Menilbekov informed about the Kazakhstan’s investment potential and socio-economic development, and presented country’s investment opportunities in priority economic sectors.In turn, the leadership of the Fund noted Kazakhstan’s high investment potential and expressed interest in expanding investment cooperation with the Kazakh side.Following the meeting, the parties agreed on further steps to develop investment interaction.According to the Sovereign Wealth Fund Institute, the total assets of the Public Investment Fund, established in 1971, amount to approximately $1 trillion and the Fund ranks 6th in terms of assets among sovereign wealth funds in the world.
