The State Revenue Department of EKR, in its commitment to the uniform applying Tax Code provisions, provides the following information.Starting January 1, 2026, the Budget Code has been amended as part of a phased strategy to enhance the financial independence of local governments. The amendments mandate the transfer of mineral extraction tax revenues, derived from common minerals, groundwater, and therapeutic mud (hereinafter – MET from common minerals, groundwater, and mud), directly to the 3rd (district, city of regional significance) and 4th (city of regional significance, village, village, rural district) levels of the budget system.In accordance with Order No. 152 of the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan, dated April 4, 2025, "On the approval of the distribution table for budget revenues," a new allocation structure has been established. The Prosecutor's Office of the East Kazakhstan region is constantly working to protect the rights of minor children and ensure the enforcement of judicial acts on the recovery of alimony.Real coercive measures are being taken against debtors, including restrictions on travel outside the Republic of Kazakhstan, putting them on the wanted list, as well as bringing them to responsibility established by law.Since the beginning of this year, 29 debtors have been brought to administrative responsibility, 8 to criminal responsibility.At the same time, the activities of bailiffs are being checked.Thus, in the course of supervisory activities, violations were identified in one of the enforcement proceedings on the recovery of alimony in favor of three minor children. It was established that the debt was not reflected by the bailiff for a long time, which led to a distortion of information about the debt.In addition, the funds recovered in 2024 in the amount of 300 thousand tenge were not transferred to the recoverers for a long time and were sent only after the intervention of the prosecutor's office.The regional prosecutor's office issued a decision on the initiation of disciplinary proceedings on this fact. Только за первый месяц около 700 казахстанцев прошли обучение и научились получать государственные услуги онлайн, сообщает Госкорпорация «Правительство для граждан».  Ранее проект реализовывался в пилотном режиме в Астане. После запуска он показал востребованность среди населения и с марта был масштабирован на все регионы страны.Занятия проходят в центрах обслуживания населения и помогают гражданам уверенно пользоваться цифровыми сервисами и самостоятельно получать государственные услуги онлайн. На практике участникам показывают, как получить электронную цифровую подпись, оформить регистрацию по месту жительства, заказать справку о наличии или отсутствии судимости и сразу же оформить эти услуги самостоятельно. Такой формат особенно удобен для взрослых и пожилых людей, позволяя им спокойно освоить цифровые сервисы.В Астане занятия проходят регулярно по средам и пятницам, в регионах график формируется с учётом загрузки ЦОНов. To receive a public service, the service recipient submits to the service provider via the portal an application for the assignment of an accounting number to the production facility, using the form in Appendix 1 to these Rules. This application is an electronic document signed with the service recipient's digital signature.Confirmation of acceptance of the application on the portal is the corresponding status in the personal account indicating the acceptance of the request for the provision of the public service.To assign an accounting number to a production facility, a veterinary and sanitary certificate is required for the production facility confirming its compliance with veterinary (veterinary and sanitary) requirements. This certificate must be issued in accordance with the Rules for the Issuance of Veterinary Documents and Requirements for Their Forms, approved by Order No. 7-1/453 of the Minister of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated May 21, 2015 (registered in the Register of Regulatory Legal Acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan No. 11898), no more than 30 (thirty) calendar days prior to the application submission date.The deadline for rendering and issuing the result of the public service is two (2) business days from the date of application registration.Accounting numbers for production facilities are issued for a period of three (3) years, with the exception of production facilities operating on production premises under a lease or free-use agreement for a term of less than three (3) years, as well as slaughterhouses.For accounting numbers issued to production facilities (except for production facilities operating on production premises under a lease or free-use agreement for a term of less than three (3) years, as well as slaughterhouses) before January 1, 2026, without specifying a validity period, the validity of these accounting numbers is calculated from January 1, 2026.For slaughterhouses, accounting numbers are issued for one (1) year and are subject to annual confirmation prior to the construction of meat processing plants or slaughterhouses in the region.
