Self-employed citizens are given the opportunity to legally receive income of up to 4080 MCI per year without the need to pay individual income tax, limited to social contributions in the amount of 4% of income. For small businesses, a special tax regime has been established with a maximum rate of 4%, decreasing to 2% if certain conditions are met. These measures are aimed at reducing the burden on entrepreneurs and increasing the transparency of the taxation system.The new Tax Code significantly simplifies the activities of entrepreneurs, reduces the volume of reporting by about a third, the declaration is submitted once a year. Control over compliance with the rules is carried out through an automated risk assessment system; they stopped automatically blocking accounts of enterprises with insignificant debts.
