The analysis identified the risks of irrational use of budget funds when subsidizing the cost of building tourist facilities, risks in the field of licensing tour operators, as well as risks associated with public procurement for the organization of tourist events. In addition, the facts of unlawful restriction of access to tourist sites and illegal collection of fees from tourists have been revealed. Despite the active support and development of the tourism industry in the region, cases of inefficient subsidization of construction costs have been identified. Thus, the facts of cost recovery for tour facilities that were actually put into operation several years ago have been recorded, whereas these measures should apply only to facilities built after January 2022. These facts raise doubts about the validity of subsidies and create prerequisites for possible unjustified expenditure of budget funds. In the first three months of the year, with the support of servicemen of the National Guard of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 82 units of cold and firearms along with ammunition were seized from illegal circulation. Additionally, 322 grams of narcotic substances were confiscated.Thanks to the vigilance of the National Guard, 15 missing children were located and safely returned to their families. A criminal case on the fact of embezzlement of budget funds on an especially large scale has been considered in court No. 2 in Aktobe. Earlier, the Aktobe city Prosecutor's office launched a pre-trial investigation based on the results of an audit of the effectiveness of the use of budget funds. During the investigation, it was established that the director of the Center for Road Safety and Digital Technologies of Aktobe, acting in collusion with an individual entrepreneur, concluded a fictitious contract for the performance of road marking work in the amount of over 272 million tenge within the framework of public procurement. In fact, no work was carried out, and the stolen funds were cashed out and appropriated. As a result, the State suffered particularly large-scale damage.A pre-trial investigation has been launched into this fact under paragraph 2) of Part 4 of Article 189 of the Criminal Code (embezzlement or embezzlement of entrusted property using official position, in a group of persons by prior agreement, on an especially large scale). Chisinau, April 7, 2025 – The Ambassador of KazakhstanH.E. Mr. Almat Aidarbekov met with the Minister of Energy of the Republic of Moldova, Dorin Junghietu.During the meeting, the Ambassador of Kazakhstan congratulated his interlocutor on his appointment to a high position and expressed his willingness to cooperate in the development of bilateral relations.The parties also discussed the current state and prospects of cooperation between the two countries and issues of its expansion, noting the importance of holding an intergovernmental commission in 2025.A.Aidarbekov informed the Minister about the positive dynamics in trade, economic, investment, cultural and humanitarian relations. In the context of the existing good economic potential, the Kazakh diplomat noted the creation of the Kazakh-Moldovan Business Council and the institutional network of honorary consuls of Kazakhstan in the regions of Moldova.In turn, D.Junghietu presented the priorities of his department, including in the development of renewable energy in the country and expressed interest in Kazakhstan's investment activities in the energy sector.The Minister particularly welcomed the opening of the Moldovan Embassy in Kazakhstan, indicating the desire to deepen bilateral Kazakh-Moldovan relations. Қазақстан Республикасының тәуелсіздік жылдардың алғашқы рет мемлекеттік тапсырма бойынша 16 негізгі кен провинциясында  сирек жер металдарына (иттрий, итербий) геологиялық барлау жұмыстары жүргізілуде. Бұл туралы Қазақстан Республикасы Инвестициялар және даму министрлігінде өткен баспасөз конференциясында «Қазгеология» АҚ-ның Басқарма төрағасы Ғалым Нұржанов хабарлады.«5.5 қ.км іздеу маршруттары өткізілді, 5.5 мың қ.км таукен әзірленімдері жасалды, 3400 қ.м ұңғыма бұрғыланды. Жалпы сомасы 244 млн. теңгенің жұмыстар орындалды. 2018 жылы 259 млн. теңгені игеру жоспарлануда» -деп атап өтті Ғ.Нұржанов.Жұмыстар аяқталғаннан кейін бөлінген учаскелердің перспективалары бағаланып, жерде сирек кездесетін элементтерді одан әрі зерттеу жұмыстарының бағдарламасы әзірленеді. Сондай-ақ, перспективалы учаскелерде Оңтүстік Корея мен Жапонияның жоғары технологиялары бар компаниялары жұмысқа тартылады. Қоғамдық  маңызды  мәселелер  бойынша  азаматтық  қоғамның пікірін  білдіру  мақсатында 2017 жылдың 14 сәуірі күні Алматы қаласында  «Жер қойнауы және жер қойнауын пайдалану туралы» Қазақстан Республикасы Кодексінің жобасы бойынша кезекті қоғамдық  тыңдау өткізілді.Аталған іс-шараға Қазақстан Республикасы Парламенті Мәжілісінің депутаттары  Артур Платонов және Шавкат Өтемисов, ҚР Инвестиция және даму вице-министрі ТимуТоқтабаев, сондай-ақ Алматы қаласы әкімдігінің өкілдері қатысты.Іс-шараны жүргізген Қазақстан Республикасы Инвестиция және даму министрлігінің Қоғамдық кеңесі төрағасын алмастырушы Төлеу Шенгелбаев.Тыңдалым барысында «Қатты пайдалы қазбалар бөлімі бойынша Жер қойнауы және жер қойнауын пайдалану туралы» ҚР Кодекс жобасының негізгі ережелері және көмірсутекті шикізат бөлімі бойынша  Жер қойнауы және жер қойнауын пайдалану туралы» ҚР Кодекс жобасының негізгі ережелері таныстырылды.Қоғамдық тыңдаудың нәтижелері бойынша Қоғамдық кеңес комиссиясының хатшысы үш жұмыс күні ішінде бандамалардың мазмұны, айтылған пікірлер және Кодекс жобасы бойынша әзірленген ұсыныстар көрсетілген  Хаттаманы  ұсынады, ол   Қазақстан Республикасы Инвестициялар және даму министрлігінің ресми сайтында және БАҚ-та жарияланатын болады.
