In the first five months of 2025, the construction industry of Kostanay region has shown steady growth. As it was announced at a meeting of the akimat chaired by Akim of the region Kumar Aksakalov, the volume of construction and installation work increased by 57% compared to 2024 and amounted to 75.5 billion tenge.Special attention is paid to housing construction. Since the beginning of the year, 179.5 thousand square meters of housing have been commissioned, which is 1,810 apartments. New residential districts "Astana" and "Baiterek" are actively developing, where it is planned to build more than 150 houses with full infrastructure.During the meeting, the Governor of the region emphasized the quality of the environment:"During the construction of houses, special attention should be paid to landscaping. Changes in the conditions of entry into the Russian Federation According to Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 1510 dated November 7, 2024, an experiment on testing the rules of entry/exit of foreign citizens and stateless persons has been launched on the territory of the Russian Federation since December 1, 2024. The experiment is aimed at creating a digital profile of a foreign citizen and is implemented in two stages. The first stage runs from December 1, 2024 to June 30, 2025 at Sheremetyevo, Domodedovo, Vnukovo, Zhukovsky International airports (Moscow Region), as well as at the Alekseevka automobile checkpoint (Samara Region). Biometric registration of incoming persons is carried out at these points (photos and papillary patterns of fingers). The second stage is scheduled for the period from June 30, 2025 to June 30, 2026.
