Geneva, June 25, 2025 – The delegation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, led by Vice Minister of Justice Ms. Botagoz Zhaxelekova, presented the country’s third periodic report on the implementation of its obligations under the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights (ICCPR) during the 144th session of the UN Human Rights Committee.In her speech, the head of the Kazakh delegation informed the UN Committee members about the large-scale political reforms being implemented in the country, aimed at building a Just Kazakhstan and enhancing the effectiveness of the human rights protection system. The meeting chaired by Deputy Prime Minister Serik Zhumangarin was dedicated to the discussion of investment projects in the sphere of industry and agro-industrial complex. Akim of the region, Nurlybek Nalibayev, took part in its work in the conference call mode.It should be noted that this year the task is set to attract 86.4 billion tenge of investments to the agricultural sector of the region. According to the results of five months of the current year, the volume of investments in the production of agricultural and food products amounted to more than 4.7 billion tenge, which is 26 percent more compared to the same period last year.The Roadmap of investment projects in the agro-industrial complex of the region for 2025-2027 was adopted for the sustainable attraction of investments. It includes 30 projects that will create 295 jobs. This year it is planned to implement 14 projects with a total cost of 13.4 billion tenge. In the reporting period, industry produced almost 427 billion tenge (0.4% growth). The volume of production in the manufacturing industry amounted to 155.3 billion tenge (growth - 18.2%). To diversify the economy for 2025-2028, 89 investment projects are planned; the implementation of 27 of them began this year. One of the major investment projects in the energy sector is the construction of a combined heat and power plant with a capacity of 240 megawatts. A brick plant worth five billion tenge has been put into operation, meeting the needs of the region by 90 percent. In addition, this year it is planned to launch production facilities in the food sector - a complex for the production of bakery, pasta and confectionery products, a plant for the production of camel milk powder, as well as two industrial zones with an area of two thousand square meters each. Camel milk powder will be fully exported to China under an off-take agreement with a Chinese company. This year, three solar power plants with a total cost of 24.2 billion tenge and a capacity of 90 megawatts will be put into operation. Возбудителями болезни являются микробы бруцеллы, У человека заболевание вызывают бруцеллы коз, овец, коров, свиней и собак, так, в мае текущего года в Федоровском районе зарегистрирован один случай заболевания бруцеллеза.Возбудители бруцеллёза выделяются с молоком, мочой и околоплодными водами. Заразиться этой опасной болезнью можно при контакте с пораженным животным или употребив в пищу некипяченое молоко и изготовленные из него продукты - творог, сметану и сыр. От человека к человеку бруцеллёз не передается, поэтому изоляции не требуется.Бруцеллёз может протекать остро, подостро и хронически. Некоторые инфицированные выздоравливают даже без лечения, у остальных заболевание может переходить в хроническую форму, постепенно разрушая сердце, печень, почки и другие органы. У переболевших формируется нестойкий иммунитет, который сохраняется от 8 до 10 месяцев. Наличие антител не препятствует повторному инфицированию и формированию бактерионосительства, но способствует более лёгкому течению болезни.Если у человека поднимается температура, ухудшается самочувствие, болят кости и суставы, следует как можно скорее обратиться к терапевту или вызвать врача на дом.Обратиться за консультацией к специалисту также следует, если через некоторое время после контакта с сельскохозяйственными животными или употребления непастеризованного молока появились необычные симптомы.Как правило, пациенты сначала обращаются к врачу-терапевту, который, при подозрении на бруцеллёз, направляет их дальше к профильному специалисту — врачу-инфекционисту.Бруцеллёз, диагностированный на ранней стадии, хорошо поддаётся лечению антибиотиками — прогноз благоприятный. По мере прогрессирования болезни возможно увеличение продолжительности приёма препаратов, но шанс на выздоровление всё равно большой.Без лечения заболевание может приводить к массивному разрушению внутренних органов, суставов, костей и центральной нервной системы — развиваются деформации суставов, контрактуры, человеку становится сложно двигаться и брать в руки предметы, истончается кожа, снижается память, формируются глубокие поведенческие и личностныеПравила личной гигиены для профилактики бруцеллёза:- мыть руки до и после общения с животными;- менять и стирать одежду сразу после контакта с животными;- контактировать с животными и необработанными продуктами животноводства в перчатках, маске, очках и спецодежде.Кроме того, следует употреблять в пищу только пастеризованные и хорошо термически обработанные продукты: молоко, мясо, яйца.При нагрева­нии до 60 °С бруцеллы погибают только через 30 мин, при кипячении — практически моментально.Бруцеллёз остаётся самой распространённой зоонозной инфекцией в мире. Принимаются меры по предотвращению распространения инфекции с помощью вакцинации животных, так как высокая заболеваемость населения связана с распространением инфекции среди домашнего скота.Совершенствование специфической профилактики бруцеллёза является одной из важнейших задач как для здравоохранения, так и для ветеринарии, учитывая тот факт, что бруцеллёз является инфекцией, общей для человека и сельскохозяйственных животных.
