ДОРОГИ НЕ РАЗРЫВАЮТ: КАНАЛИЗАЦИОННЫЕ СЕТИ ОБНОВЛЯЮТСЯ С ПОМОЩЬЮ СОВРЕМЕННЫХ ТЕХНОЛОГИЙВ Шымкенте инженерная инфраструктура модернизируется с применением современных технологий без проведения масштабных земляных работ и вскрытия дорожного покрытия. В настоящее время при реконструкции изношенных канализационных сетей используется широко распространённая технология спиральной навивки, разработанная китайской компанией Hebei HUANSHUI Pipe Industry Co., Ltd. Данный метод позволяет восстанавливать старые трубопроводы без разрушения дорожного покрытия и нанесения ущерба городской инфраструктуре. Суть технологии заключается в формировании новой полимерной трубы внутри существующего изношенного трубопровода с помощью специального оборудования методом спиральной навивки. В результате создаётся прочная и долговечная конструкция, обеспечивающая надёжную работу инженерных сетей на протяжении многих лет. Главным преимуществом технологии является возможность выполнения работ без масштабных раскопок. Это позволяет сохранить дорожное покрытие, не ограничивать движение транспорта и свести к минимуму неудобства для жителей города. Кроме того, значительно сокращаются сроки выполнения работ, а также уменьшаются затраты на земляные работы и последующее восстановление благоустройства. В настоящее время специалисты ТОО «Водные ресурсы – Маркетинг» осваивают данную технологию совместно с китайскими партнёрами и уже применяют её на практике. Постоянно проводится обучение местных специалистов, обмен опытом и внедрение современных методов реконструкции канализационных сетей. В дальнейшем планируется поэтапное расширение применения данной технологии при модернизации инженерной инфраструктуры города Шымкента. Prague, 31 May 2026 - A military transport aircraft of the Armed Forces of the Czech Republic departed today from Prague-Kbely Air Base carrying a new group of Przewalski’s horses destined for Kazakhstan as part of the international project “Return of the Wild Horses.”A total of eight Przewalski’s horses - four stallions and four mares - are scheduled to be transported to Kazakhstan this year. The first group has been dispatched from Prague, while an additional four animals will be transferred from Tierpark Berlin. The horses are being relocated to the Altyn Dala State Nature Reserve, which is emerging as one of the key centres for the restoration of this rare species in Kazakhstan. This is the third transport carried out since the launch of the project in 2024.To mark the departure of the animals, a press conference was held with the participation of the Ambassador of Kazakhstan, the Deputy Mayor of Prague responsible for environmental affairs, representatives of Prague Zoo, and European coordinators of the Przewalski’s horse breeding programme. Speakers highlighted the particular significance of the project for Kazakhstan, noting that it is aimed not only at transporting a rare species but also at restoring the ecological balance of steppe ecosystems, preserving biodiversity, and returning Przewalski’s horse to its historical habitat.Ambassador of the Republic of Kazakhstan Kairat Abdrakhmanov expressed his appreciation to the administrations of zoological gardens in the Czech capital and other European cities, military personnel, and conservation organisations from both countries for their practical contribution to the implementation of the project. Стороны обсудили перспективы расширения торгово-экономического и инвестиционного сотрудничества, развитие финансового партнерства, а также вопросы укрепления транспортной связанности между Казахстаном и Гонконгом. В состав гонконгской делегации вошли более 70 представителей бизнеса и государственных структур. Среди них – руководители ведущих компаний в сферах зеленой энергетики, финансовых технологий, искусственного интеллекта, робототехники, урбанистики, добывающей промышленности и инновационного развития.Открывая встречу, Серик Жумангарин отметил устойчивый рост экономики Казахстана, подтвержденный улучшением суверенных кредитных рейтингов страны, и подчеркнул заинтересованность в привлечении инвестиций в проекты с высокой добавленной стоимостью.Особое внимание было уделено развитию сотрудничества в реальном секторе экономики. Казахстан предложил рассмотреть возможности совместной реализации проектов в агропромышленном комплексе, глубокой переработке сельскохозяйственного сырья и природных ресурсов, нефтегазохимии, углехимии, производстве минеральных удобрений и пестицидов, а также выпуске готовой продукции из цветных металлов. Совокупный потенциал прорабатываемых проектов оценивается более чем в $100 млрд.Еще одним ключевым направлением переговоров стало финансовое сотрудничество. Казахстан выразил готовность привлекать гонконгский капитал через выпуск долговых инструментов на китайском и гонконгском рынках, а также посредством создания совместных инвестиционных фондов. Национальный инвестиционный холдинг «Байтерек» готов выступать финансовым партнером и соинвестором перспективных проектов, обеспечивая долгосрочную поддержку инвестиционных инициатив.«Для нас большая честь обсуждать перспективы расширения сотрудничества с Гонконгом. Казахстан готов предложить инвесторам не только привлекательные проекты, но и выход на рынок Центральной Азии, включая возможности трансграничной промышленной кооперации с соседними государствами», — отметил Серик Жумангарин.В ходе встречи вице-премьер Казахстана также предложил разработать совместную дорожную карту по развитию торгово-экономического сотрудничества, рассмотреть возможность создания двустороннего инвестиционного фонда «Казахстан - Гонконг» и взаимодействия в формате Казахстан – Гонконг – Синьцзян.Серик Жумангарин также подчеркнул заинтересованность Казахстана в создании совместных предприятий с ведущими международными компаниями, включая представителей Гонконга. Для инвесторов предусмотрены механизмы государственной поддержки и софинансирования, направленные на снижение барьеров для реализации новых проектов. Казахстан готов предложить благоприятные условия для ведения бизнеса, необходимую инфраструктуру и поддержку перспективных инициатив. При этом ключевыми факторами остаются экономическая эффективность проектов, а также готовность сторон объединять инвестиционные возможности, технологии и экспертизу.Стороны отметили значительный потенциал для наращивания взаимной торговли. Казахстан заинтересован в расширении поставок на рынок Гонконга продукции металлургической, нефтехимической и пищевой промышленности, а также зерна и муки. При этом Казахстан является крупнейшим в регионе экспортером зерна, масличных культур и продукции животноводства. По итогам прошлого года экспорт зерна превысил 15 млн тонн, что стало лучшим результатом за последние 20 лет. Отдельное внимание было уделено перспективам создания совместных предприятий и реализации проектов по глубокой переработке сельскохозяйственной продукции.В свою очередь Джон Ли высоко оценил темпы экономического развития Казахстана и его роль в качестве ключевого транзитного узла между Азией и Европой. По его словам, через территорию страны проходит около 85% сухопутных грузоперевозок между двумя регионами.Глава администрации Гонконга рассказал о проводимой трансформации экономики САР, направленной на развитие инноваций и технологий наряду с укреплением статуса одного из ведущих мировых финансовых центров. В ближайшие годы Гонконг планирует существенно расширить инновационную инфраструктуру, увеличить количество научно-технологических парков и продолжить привлечение международных специалистов в высокотехнологичные отрасли.«Мы видим значительный потенциал для расширения сотрудничества между Гонконгом и Казахстаном. Наши экономики способны эффективно дополнять друг друга в сферах финансов, инноваций, технологий, логистики и инвестиций. В рамках работы по обеспечению качественного экономического роста и дальнейшего совершенствования макроэкономического анализа Министерство национальной экономики РК утвердило Методику расчета потенциального валового внутреннего продукта (ВВП).Потенциальный ВВП определяет максимально возможный объем производства в экономике при полном использовании факторов производства и отсутствии инфляционного давления.Расчет данного показателя позволит определить естественные пределы экономического роста в Казахстане и насколько они выше или ниже фактческих значений.Методика учитывает международный опыт расчета потенциального ВВП и предусматривает применение широко используемой в мировой практике производственной фукнции Кобба-Дугласа с оценкой вклада в экономический рост таких факторов, как увеличение занятости, рост инвестиции и основного капитала, а также технологический прогресс (совокупная факторная производительность).Для расчета будут использоваться официальные данные Бюро национальной статистики.Оценку потенциального ВВП планируется осуществлять ежеквартально.Результаты будут использоваться в аналитических целях для оценки качества экономического роста и определения фазы экономического цикла.Source : https://www.gov.kz/memleket/entities/economy/press/news/details/1232219?lang=ru
