В этих сложнейших условиях Шанхайская организация сотрудничества, в моем понимании, должна сфокусироваться на созидательной, позитивной повестке дня, разрабатывать стратегические цели, направленные на разрешение конфликтных ситуаций, развертывание масштабного диалога в защиту мира, обеспечение устойчивого развития государств, – сказал Президент.Касым-Жомарт Токаев считает, что совместными усилиями следует не допустить выхода вооруженных конфликтов на «точку невозврата».– Скоро мы отметим две знаковые исторические даты – 80-летие окончания Второй мировой войны и 80-летие создания Организации Объединенных Наций. В Казахстане с искренним уважением относятся к Победе великого китайского народа над японским милитаризмом под руководством Коммунистической партии Китая. Полный разгром Квантунской армии, в котором во исполнение решений Ялтинской конференции приняли участие и советские войска, фактически подвел финальную черту под Второй мировой войной. Эта юбилейная дата – хорошая возможность обратить внимание всего мирового сообщества, особенно, молодежи, на идеологические, политические аспекты Великой Победы, добытой ценой беспрецедентных в мировой истории жертв, – заявил Глава государства.В своей речи Президент призвал к реформированию ООН.– В нынешних сложных геополитических реалиях мы должны поддерживать ООН как универсальную и независимую организацию. В то же время назрела необходимость реформы ООН, в первую очередь, ее ключевого органа – Совета Безопасности. Полностью осознаем всю сложность такой реформы, но иного пути нет.
