School should be a safe place for every child. 16.08.2025
Violence, oppression, bullying, cruelty, and tyranny should not be tolerated at all. In the past two years, concrete measures have been taken to protect the rights of the younger generation. In particular, the penalties for any violence against minors have been tightened, and the powers of the Ombudsman for Children's Rights have been expanded. Another pressing issue is the systematic work being carried out to prevent child suicide. QR codes for the psychological support service "111" have been installed in all schools across the country. Starting from the new academic year, a program called "Dosbol | KE" will be launched in schools and colleges to combat bullying. The main goal is to prevent violence between children and adolescents. Important work in this direction does not stop, and the issue of protecting the rights and interests of adolescents will always be in the spotlight of the state.

UNITY IS THE GUARANTEE OF CIVILIZATION 16.08.2025
Social harmony and internal stability are the main pillars of any state. No country can develop without peaceful life, unity, and harmony. If we look back at history, there are many states that have fallen from civilization or even disappeared from the map due to internal conflicts and discord. On the other hand, countries with strong unity and common goals have always overcome any crisis and achieved new heights. Kazakhstan is a multinational, multilingual, and multicultural country where people of different cultures live together peacefully. Since gaining independence, the main principle of our country has been to preserve and strengthen the unity of the people. According to the words of the Head of State Kassym-Jomart Tokayev, “Peace and harmony are the most important assets of our country.” This principle has stood the test of time and is becoming increasingly relevant in the face of current global challenges. As world experience shows, economic prosperity is possible only in a country where there is stability and harmony. Attracting investments, implementing large projects, introducing new technologies - all this can only be done in a reliable, safe, and peaceful environment. Kazakhstan's economic achievements over the past decade are clear evidence that we have managed to maintain internal stability. Where there is no unity, no amount of natural wealth or modern technology will develop a country. On the contrary, discord itself destroys the existing opportunities. Therefore, maintaining unity is not just a social issue, but a key mechanism for strategic development. Culture, science, and education can only flourish in a peaceful environment. When distrust and fear prevail in society, creativity and innovation cease. In a country where there is unity and mutual respect, every citizen can feel safe and reach their full potential. The Assembly of the People of Kazakhstan, ethno-cultural associations, youth organizations - all contribute to strengthening harmony and peace in society. This is the responsibility of not only the state, but also of every citizen. Solidarity is not just a word. It is a concrete action, respect in our daily interactions, the ability to work together for the common good. Future generations should inherit from us not only economic achievements, but also the tradition of preserving unity. The bright future of Kazakhstan lies in the unity of the people. Maintaining harmony and agreement is the surest path to prosperity. #МирИСогласие #ЗаМир #МыВместе #PeaceAndHarmony #PeaceForAll #TogetherForPeace #АНК30жил #АНК30лет #APK30years #АНК #ANK

Faster and more convenient: Shymkent changes urban logistics. 16.08.2025
Large-scale work is underway in Shymkent to change the transport infrastructure. One of the first changes affected bus shelters. Since the beginning of the year, 264 stops of two types — metal and glass — have appeared in the metropolis. Business has also joined the project: 62 shelters are being built with private investors. Navigation information has also been updated: more than a thousand signs in the Kazakh language and 771 information panels. All this is part of the development of the city's transport infrastructure. And in the Yenbekshinsky district, construction of a new railway crossing on Momynova Street continues. Work began in December. Almost half of the facility is already ready, including the installation of concrete beams and the laying of networks. The crossing is planned to be completed by the end of the year - it should connect the eastern part of the city with the center and reduce the load on the roads.

Headline: Ankle Bracelet and "Stashes" on His Mind: Man from Oskemen Trades a Chance at Freedom for PrisonA 28-year-old man from Oskemen who was given a second chance has found himself back behind bars. Instead of turning his life around, the man, wearing an electronic ankle monitor, was roaming the city in search of drugs. The story began in early 2025, when the man, who had been convicted of a criminal offense, was placed on probation. Senior Inspector Adelya Rinatova took on his case and provided comprehensive support. She helped him get a job at a local bakery, where he worked as a loader and delivered bread."We did our best to help him get back on the right path. He was rebuilding trust with his family, taking his children to parks and recreational centers, and mending his relationship with his ex-wife," the inspector said. However, after a relapse, everything went downhill. Instead of focusing on work and family, the man began searching for "stashes." He systematically violated the terms of his probation, failed to maintain contact, and didn't show up for work. As it turned out, he had quit his job and hid this from the probation service, failing to notify them of his departure. His termination was only discovered after an official request. The violations were detected through the daily monitoring of the electronic control system. The ankle monitor repeatedly recorded him leaving his permitted geo-zone. Additionally, the man stopped showing up for his mandatory check-ins with the probation service. In an attempt to get rid of his "electronic supervisor," the man tried to remove the bracelet himself. He deliberately set fire to the straps, hoping they would melt. But even then, the GPS sensor continued to work, accurately tracking his every move through the city.Ultimately, due to numerous violations, his unserved sentence was replaced with a prison term. The man has now been sent to a maximum-security penal colony for a period of 1 year and 7 months. Source : https://www.gov.kz/memleket/entities/duis-vko/press/news/details/1052130?lang=kk
