Declaration of cars imported from third countries In accordance with paragraph 1 of Article 343 of the Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Customs Regulation in the Republic of Kazakhstan" (hereinafter referred to as the Code), vehicles for personal use transported across the customs border of the Eurasian Economic Union (hereinafter referred to as the EAEU) in any way, except for vehicles for personal use registered in the member States, are subject to customs declaration.
