Faster and more convenient: Shymkent changes urban logistics. 16.08.2025
Large-scale work is underway in Shymkent to change the transport infrastructure. One of the first changes affected bus shelters. Since the beginning of the year, 264 stops of two types — metal and glass — have appeared in the metropolis. Business has also joined the project: 62 shelters are being built with private investors. Navigation information has also been updated: more than a thousand signs in the Kazakh language and 771 information panels. All this is part of the development of the city's transport infrastructure. And in the Yenbekshinsky district, construction of a new railway crossing on Momynova Street continues. Work began in December. Almost half of the facility is already ready, including the installation of concrete beams and the laying of networks. The crossing is planned to be completed by the end of the year - it should connect the eastern part of the city with the center and reduce the load on the roads.

Headline: Ankle Bracelet and "Stashes" on His Mind: Man from Oskemen Trades a Chance at Freedom for PrisonA 28-year-old man from Oskemen who was given a second chance has found himself back behind bars. Instead of turning his life around, the man, wearing an electronic ankle monitor, was roaming the city in search of drugs. The story began in early 2025, when the man, who had been convicted of a criminal offense, was placed on probation. Senior Inspector Adelya Rinatova took on his case and provided comprehensive support. She helped him get a job at a local bakery, where he worked as a loader and delivered bread."We did our best to help him get back on the right path. He was rebuilding trust with his family, taking his children to parks and recreational centers, and mending his relationship with his ex-wife," the inspector said. However, after a relapse, everything went downhill. Instead of focusing on work and family, the man began searching for "stashes." He systematically violated the terms of his probation, failed to maintain contact, and didn't show up for work. As it turned out, he had quit his job and hid this from the probation service, failing to notify them of his departure. His termination was only discovered after an official request. The violations were detected through the daily monitoring of the electronic control system. The ankle monitor repeatedly recorded him leaving his permitted geo-zone. Additionally, the man stopped showing up for his mandatory check-ins with the probation service. In an attempt to get rid of his "electronic supervisor," the man tried to remove the bracelet himself. He deliberately set fire to the straps, hoping they would melt. But even then, the GPS sensor continued to work, accurately tracking his every move through the city.Ultimately, due to numerous violations, his unserved sentence was replaced with a prison term. The man has now been sent to a maximum-security penal colony for a period of 1 year and 7 months. Source : https://www.gov.kz/memleket/entities/duis-vko/press/news/details/1052130?lang=kk

Unity is the foundation of an unshakable state and a prosperous future. 15.08.2025
History has proven that the stability and development of a country is directly dependent on the unity and harmony of its people. States whose unity is broken will not last long, while countries with unity will be at the forefront of civilization. Since gaining independence, Kazakhstan has made social harmony and interethnic peace the main pillars of national security and development. This is a principle born of centuries of experience. Historical crises such as famine, persecution, war, and colonization have enriched the country's ethnic composition, but have not created discord, but laid the foundation for a fusion of cultures and mutual understanding. The principle "Kazakhstan is our common home" has become a way of life today. Representatives of different ethnic groups work together in all areas, from science to public administration, respecting each other's language and traditions. Unity is not just a moral value, it is a system established through social harmony, civil equality, the rule of law, and public dialogue. The Assembly of the People of Kazakhstan is the main platform in this direction. In the era of globalization, when external and internal challenges are increasing, our main defense is our unity. Where harmony and peace are preserved, the state will not be shaken, and faith in the future will be strong. #МирИСогласие #ЗаМир #МыВместе #PeaceAndHarmony #PeaceForAll #TogetherForPeace #АНЧА30жыл #АНК30лет #APK30years #АНК #ANK
