Due to natural and human factors, there is a high risk of dry grass fires along main and inter-district roads, as well as in crop areas. Strengthening control in forest areas and on agricultural lands is essential. Comprehensive measures to prevent floods are being implemented in the region. Ice drift began on the rivers on February 14, and they were completely cleared in March. The water level in the rivers was managed by diverting water into main canals and lakes. Efficient water use and ensuring safety in flood-prone areas are important. The issues discussed at today's meeting are relevant. They must be kept under strict control and addressed promptly," N.
