During the period of large-scale development of the industrial cluster, specialists are trained according to the advanced staffing model. In recent years, 21 new specialties have been opened for factories and investment projects under construction, and 14 more are at the licensing stage.Special attention is paid to targeted training commissioned by enterprises: in three years, the number of students has almost doubled (from 687 to 1,237).Today, cooperation agreements have been signed with 853 enterprises, including such leading companies as KamLitKZ LLP, SaryarkaAvtoProm LLP, Agromashholding KZ JSC, Bayan Sulu JSC, SSGPO JSC, ERG Service LLP, Kostanay Minerals JSC and many others.
