Transition to the Protocol for transmitting data on monetary settlements from the KKM with the function of recording and (or) transmitting data to the server of fiscal data operators version 2.0.3 14.10.2025
The Department of State Revenue for the Mangystau region informs that in accordance with the amendments made on March 14, 2025 to the Order of the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On certain issues of the use of cash registers" dated February 16, 2018 No. 208, the State Revenue Committee has developed a Protocol for transmitting data from cash registers with the function of recording and (or) data transfer (hereinafter referred to as KKM) to the server of fiscal data operators (hereinafter referred to as OFD), version 2.0.3 (hereinafter referred to as Protocol version 2.0.3).On June 20, 2025, Protocol version 2.0.3 was published on the official Internet resource of the State Revenue Committee.The Protocol version 2.0.3 provides a service for automatically connecting the KKM to the National Catalog of Goods and determining geolocation on the side of the OFD, which determines the exact location of the KKM.In this regard, the State Revenue Committee has determined and set a deadline for the transition to the new Protocol version 2.0.3.:– for taxpayers who use KKM, which are hardware and software complexes, they must reprogram the functions of KKM in accordance with Protocol version 2.0.3 by October 15, 2025.– for taxpayers using CCM, which are electronic devices with the function of recording and (or) transmitting data (iron cash registers), it is necessary to reprogram before November 15, 2025.Additionally, we inform you that from November 17, 2025, it is planned to disable the Protocol version 2.0.2 OFD.To date, the list of OFD includes 10 legal entities: Kazakhtelecom JSC, Transtelecom JSC, Kar-Tel LLP, Kaspi Bank JSC, IT ANALYTICS LLP, Bukhta LLP.kz", LLP "Smartcontract", JSC "Jusan Mobile", LLP "Komrun", LLP "Vaping".174 KKM are included in the state register of KKM, 118 of them are online KKM, 1,105 thousand online KKM are registered.At the same time, the update of KKM, which are hardware and software complexes, is performed automatically without contacting the Maintenance Centers.(unofficial translation)Source : https://www.gov.kz/memleket/entities/kgd-mangistau/press/news/details/1080433?lang=kk

Stockholm, 2 October 2025 – On 1–2 October 2025, a working visit of a Kazakh delegation led by Vice Minister of Agriculture Yerbol Taszhurekov took place in Sweden. The delegation included representatives of the Ministry of Agriculture, the S.Seifullin Kazakh Agrotechnical Research University, and the Kazakh Scientific Research Institute of Agriculture and Plant Growing.As part of the visit, the Vice Minister held talks with Daniel Liljeberg, State Secretary to the Minister for Rural Affairs of Sweden. Work continues on the restoration of the "Wheel Rows" area after the flood 14.10.2025
The mayor of the city today inspected the progress of demolition of residential buildings affected by the flood in the spring of 2024 in the area of "Wheel Rows". In total, about 170 houses were flooded, of which 146 were declared uninhabitable.At the moment, compensation has already been paid to the owners of 98 out of 112 houses, and 14 new houses for displaced persons have been built in the Konai microdistrict. Another 30 houses are planned to be demolished and disposed of by October 15.The area below Krasny Kuznets Street will be landscaped and combined with the Triathlon Park and the Shagala embankment. There will be a single recreation area for citizens.Several well-preserved houses with ready-made infrastructure are planned to be used for social needs. The event was attended by representatives of the Department of State Revenue for the North Kazakhstan region.During the meeting, the Department's specialists familiarized taxpayers with key changes in legislation, including norms on corporate income tax, value added tax, individual income tax, as well as innovations on tax audits, reduction of tax reporting and issues of compulsory collection of tax debts.Special attention was paid to issues that aroused the interest of citizens:- Methods of monitoring the activities of self-employed persons competing with sole proprietors in the simplified taxation system;- Is the rental of commercial real estate included in the List of Prohibited Activities;- The possibility of individual entrepreneurs participating in simplified public procurement.- Determination of the status of sole proprietors on a simplified system in relation to the tax deduction for the correct application of tax deductions;- The obligation of the simplified tax service to VAT if the established threshold is exceeded;- Discussion of the preliminary prohibition list of activities, including freshwater fishing and vocational education activities, with a proposal to review this issue and leave these types on a simplified system.An active question and answer session followed the official presentations. From September 30 to October 2, 2025, the Training-Methodical Center of the State Revenue Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan, together with the State Revenue Committee, held a blended-format coaching training program on “Effective Management in State Revenue Authorities” at the State Revenue Department of the West Kazakhstan Region. The training was attended by deputy heads of State Revenue Department (SRD) divisions, SRD heads of units, heads and deputy heads of District State Revenue Offices, as well as heads and deputy heads of customs posts. The purpose of the program was to develop key managerial competencies among employees of the State Revenue Authorities. The program covered areas such as strategic planning, leadership development, change management, and effective professional communication. The expected outcome is the improvement of management quality and the achievement of target performance indicators. Speakers of the coaching training included: - S. Abdykerova – Head of the Division of Classification and Origin of Goods, Customs Administration Department, SRC MF RK; - M. Omarova – Chief Expert of the Customs Methodology Division, Methodology Division, Methodology Department, SRC MF RK; - I. Kobekaeva – Chief Specialist of the Department for Advanced Training and Professional Development, Training-Methodical Center. During the training, participants: - studied modern methods of planning, organization, and control; - mastered techniques of staff motivation and leadership development; - learned to effectively apply communication skills and coaching elements in management; - analyzed modern management models and practiced effective teamwork skills. A special stage of the training was the defense of project works on the topic “Vision of SRD/DSRD/Customs Post in 5 Years”, developed based on coaching principles. In their presentations, participants outlined strategic directions for development and emphasized the importance of the coaching approach in achieving long-term goals. Cooperation on reimbursement of forensic examination costs has been established in the North Kazakhstan Region.On October 3, 2025, a Memorandum of Cooperation was signed in the North Kazakhstan Region between the North Kazakhstan Regional Court, the Department of Justice of the North Kazakhstan Region, the Regional Chamber of Private Bailiffs of the North Kazakhstan Region, and the Institute of Forensic Examinations of the North Kazakhstan Region. The document aims to improve cooperation between the parties regarding reimbursement of budgetary expenses incurred during forensic examinations in civil cases.Now, work between the court, experts, and bailiffs will be more coordinated.
