In economic policy, the social responsibility of business is strengthened and the principle of fair distribution of benefits is established. The protection of property rights is reviewed on the basis of balance and public interest. In addition, the new Constitution is aimed at strengthening national identity. Relying on the historical heritage of the Great Steppe and forming a patriotism based on responsibility are identified as important pillars of the country's long-term development.
