Population growth is expected to reach 51.7 thousand people in 2023, 107 thousand in 2030, and 150 thousand in 2038.Due to the increase in the city's population, the goal is to reduce the unemployment rate to 3%, increase the average wage, and stimulate economic activity.Special attention is also paid to housing construction and social infrastructure.
