The implementation of the republican environmental campaign "Taza Kazakhstan" continues in Kostanay region, designed to improve the sanitary condition of settlements, enhance environmental culture and unite citizens around common goals - cleanliness, order and care for nature.In a short time, this initiative has shown a real effect: a large-scale complex of events was held in the region, which was attended by almost 370,000 people. More than 4 thousand pieces of equipment were involved in the cleaning work. This speaks not only about the scale, but also about the responsibility shared by both the government and the residents.As a result, more than 70,000 yards have been cleared, of which 2,000 are apartment buildings, and 68,000 are private sector. Almost 88 thousand tons of garbage were removed, 277 parks and squares, 285 historical and cultural monuments were put in order, 90.8 thousand trees and 8 thousand shrubs were planted.Environmental actions have covered not only streets and squares - work continues on cleaning reservoirs, rivers and lakes, because ecology is not a one-time cleaning, but a daily culture of life.Against the background of the success of the Taza Kazakhstan initiative in the region, the Ulgili Auyl competition starts. Its goal is not only to support the environmental movement, but also to encourage the villagers, who create comfort, beauty and coziness around themselves.This competition is not just a competition, but a movement in which every flower bed created by the hands and cares of residents, every painted fence and well-kept yard is important. The main idea is to show how simple but sincere efforts can turn a village into a place where you want to live, raise children and be proud of your yard."When the yard is a dream" is not a one-time action, but a way of life.The competition is held in two stages: a qualifying round in August, and the final in September 2025, where the winners will be awarded. В городе Конаев состоялось подписание трёхстороннего меморандума между Международным инженерно-технологическим университетом, акиматом города и городским отделом образования.Стороны подписали документ в целях совместного продвижения образовательных инициатив и подготовки квалифицированных кадров, востребованных для устойчивого социально-экономического развития города. Подписи под меморандумом поставили аким города Асхат Бердиханов, ректор университета Дархан Акпанбетов и руководитель городского отдела образования Каламкас Койшибаева.В рамках соглашения планируется реализация ряда мероприятий, включая профориентационную работу среди школьников, организацию дуального обучения, а также предоставление выпускникам возможностей для получения качественного высшего образования.Одним из первых шагов стало вручение университетом трёх образовательных грантов выпускникам школ города Конаев. A historical and cultural event of global significance took place in the Amangeldy districtOn August 5, 2025, the grand opening of the "Wall of National Memory" took place in the Tazh Torgai tourist complex, located in the Amangeldy district of the Kostanay region. It is a unique project of particular importance in the history of Kazakhstan. This significant object is officially registered in the international book of records Global Book of Records.The main goal of the project is to revive the historical memory of the people, to pass on to the younger generation knowledge about outstanding personalities and fateful events that left their mark on the history of the country. The wall depicts episodes of the Kazakh people's struggle for freedom, key stages in the formation of the national spirit, as well as the names of ancestors who ruled in foreign lands and rest there forever.The length of the wall is 35 meters, the height is 3 meters 80 centimeters. This is not only an example of architectural art, but also a spiritual center that nurtures national self-awareness.The author and patron of the project is a well-known public figure, president of the Telep charity foundation, Honorary Citizen of the Amangeldy district Sapar Yskakuly Yskakov. Thanks to his initiative and contribution to the development of national spirituality and historical self-awareness, the monument was brought to life.The opening ceremony was attended by honorary guests of the republican and international level, historians, representatives of the intelligentsia, media workers and bloggers. The welcoming speech was made by the Deputy Akim of the Kostanay region Bakhytzhan Narymbetov, doctors and candidates of historical sciences, famous experts, who noted the importance of this project for the country.In particular, the following authoritative specialists were invited to conduct an examination according to international standards:Derekh Samir Ali - former Honorary Consul of the Syrian Arab Republic in Kazakhstan (2010-2017);Ordenbek Blesbekovich Mazbaev - Doctor of Geographical Sciences, Professor of the Eurasian National University named after L.N. Gumilyov;Zhomart Zhenis Zhenisuly - Candidate of Historical Sciences, Deputy Director of the Institute of History and Ethnology named after Sh. Ualikhanov;Amanzhol Kuzembaev - Doctor of Historical Sciences, Professor of the Kostanay Regional University named after Akhmet Baitursynov.During the ceremonial event, the head of the Asian-African region of the Global Book of Records organization Kuandyk Kudaibergenov officially announced the inclusion of the "Wall of National Memory" object in the list of world records.In honor of this historic moment, young people in national costumes carried the flags of 34 countries, symbolizing peace, friendship and confidence in the future. As part of the implementation of the instructions of the President of the country, the Akim of the Kostanay region Kumar Aksakalov got acquainted with the progress of construction of residential buildings and infrastructure facilities in the new microdistricts "Astana" and "Baiterek" of the city of Kostanay.Recall that the Head of State emphasized: "Affordable housing is not a dream, but our duty to citizens." Guided by this task, about 1 million square meters of housing have been commissioned in the region over the past two years.The microdistricts "Astana" and "Baiterek" will become some of the largest residential areas in the regional center. In total, 154 multi-storey buildings are planned to be built here, which will provide more than 14 thousand new apartments.Today, the construction of 10 five-storey buildings is being completed - the work is 95% complete. In parallel, the construction of another 13 similar buildings has begun.In addition to residential buildings, the project provides for the creation of modern infrastructure. "Smart" stops, video surveillance systems, children's and sports grounds will be installed here. Schools, kindergartens, a multidisciplinary hospital, leisure centers and a Sports Palace will be located within walking distance.A gas boiler house with a capacity of 49.5 Gcal is being built to ensure uninterrupted heat supply to the new residential area. Construction, installation and commissioning works are ongoing at the site, and the project is undergoing state examination.“The implementation of such a large-scale project is not only an improvement in housing conditions, but also a new impetus for the socio-economic development of the region. It is important to provide people with not just housing, but a full-fledged comfortable living environment,” said Kumar Aksakalov.Special attention is paid to supporting young people. The Kostanay Zhastary program continues to operate in the region, under which more than 340 young people have been provided with housing in three years. The program will be continued in 2025.
