It was noted that especially dairy production increased by 9.4% compared to 2024.There are 17 large dairy farms in the region, and meat farming, horse breeding, sheep breeding, pig breeding, and poultry farming are also developing. Feedlots with a total capacity of 38,000 heads continue to operate. In addition, meat exports have increased — more than 2,300 tons of products have been shipped abroad since the beginning of the year.Over the past two years, 20 billion tenge has been invested in the industry. Geneva, 1-5 December 2025 - Botagoz Zhaxelekova, Vice Minister of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan, participated in the 47th session of the WIPO Standing Committee on Copyright and Related Rights (SCCR). In her opening statement she expressed gratitude to the WIPO leadership for the productive organization of the session and for the support provided to Kazakhstan’s ongoing reforms in the area of intellectual property.Delegation of the Republic of Kazakhstan presented to the session participants an overview of national reforms, including the rollout of the Unified Digital Platform (UDP), a tool designed to enhance transparency, accountability and efficiency in the collective rights management system. The platform was also introduced to international professional associations interested in modern digital solutions and in advancing transparency in collective management processes.On the sidelines of the WIPO meetings discussions were held with the Vice Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Indonesia as well as representatives of Brazil and Saudi Arabia. The parties exchanged views on strengthening cooperation, contemporary approaches to the digitalization of copyright and Indonesia’s initiative to develop international solutions for the fair distribution of remuneration in the digital environment.Negotiations were also conducted with the WIPO leadership. During the meeting with WIPO Deputy Director General Sylvie Forbin Kazakhstani experience in digitalizing collective management organizations was presented. First Vice Minister of Trade and Integration of the Republic of Kazakhstan Aizhan Bizhanova conducted a working visit to the Zhetisu region, during which she visited trade infrastructure facilities and met with business representatives and residents of the region.During the visit, Aizhan Bizhanova visited vegetable storage facilities in Taldykorgan. The region has 10 vegetable storage facilities, one of which, a large facility commissioned in 2024, was inspected by the Vice Minister. Currently, it stores 1,200 tons of local potatoes, helping to stabilize the region's food balance.Furthermore, it was noted that the region holds weekly agricultural fairs on Saturdays, allowing residents to purchase food directly from producers at affordable prices.During the visit, Bizhanova examined the storage and availability of socially important food products, pricing, logistics, and ensuring the regional food balance.During the meeting with entrepreneurs and the public, current aspects of domestic trade development, business support measures, price stabilization mechanisms, shelf space for domestic goods, rental conditions, and interactions between producers and retail chains were discussed.The First Vice Minister presented up-to-date data on the state of trade in Kazakhstan and the Zhetisu region, noting the region's low trade turnover, the expansion of modern retail formats, the introduction of state support instruments, measures to protect the domestic market, and the promotion of non-resource exports.Aizhan Bizhanova emphasized that the Ministry continues its systematic work to support domestic producers, improve the availability of goods for the population, and create a level playing field for all domestic market participants.At the meeting with representatives of local executive bodies, Aizhan Bizhanova focused on the creation of a regional map of deposits and industrial enterprises, including information on production volumes, opportunities to attract investors, and exports. Вице-премьер Канат Бозумбаев провел совещание о ходе реализации проекта «Ауыл Аманаты» в Кызылординской области. С докладом выступил вице-министр национальной экономики Бауыржан Омарбеков.447 тыс. жителей Кызылординской области (53%) проживают в сельской местности. С начала реализации проекта «Ауыл Аманаты» в селах было реализовано 782 проекта, создано 1,1 тыс. рабочих мест. На текущий год выделено 5,5 млрд тенге. Особое внимание уделяется поддержке перерабатывающих предприятий с полным производственным циклом от выращивания до сбыта продукции.Для дальнейшего усиления работы по развитию сел в 2026–2028 годах планируется выделить 450 млрд тенге, из которых 21,2 млрд тенге предусмотрены для Кызылординской области. На эти средства запланирована реализация свыше 1 тыс. проектов, что демонстрирует высокий потенциал региона для расширения сельского предпринимательства и развития кооперации.Отдельно на совещании обсудили приоритетную поддержку кооперативов.«На диалоговой платформе сельских акимов Глава государства акцентировал внимание на том, что устойчивое развитие сельской экономики напрямую зависит от эффективной работы кооперативов. The Ministry of Trade and Integration of the Republic of Kazakhstan has published a draft order "On Amending the Order of the Deputy Prime Minister – Minister of Trade and Integration of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated May 11, 2023, No. 166-НК, 'On Approving the List of Socially Significant Food Products'" on the Open NPA platform.The draft order expands the list of socially significant food products. While this list previously included 19 items, the draft order proposes increasing their number to 33.The Ministry of Trade proposes including the following items in the updated list of socially significant food products: tomatoes, cucumbers, apples, bone-in beef, boneless beef, ground meat, bone-in lamb, fresh or chilled fish, frozen fish, ultra-pasteurized milk, sour cream, hard cheese, and black tea. Each item will be further discussed with the business community, the Chamber of Entrepreneurs, and government agencies.The primary goal of the temporary expansion of the list of socially significant food products is to make the most in-demand food products more accessible to the population and ensure price stability.The expansion of the list of socially significant food products is a temporary measure and is being implemented to ensure pricing transparency for these products and eliminate unproductive intermediaries who charge high trade markups. This will create incentives for manufacturers of goods included in the expanded list of socially significant food products to increase production and expand capacity.Including goods on the list of socially significant food products exempts manufacturers and importers from the obligation to pay remuneration and retroactive bonuses to retail chains. This will reduce the final cost of products for the population and allow businesses to use the freed-up funds for development.Producers of goods on the list have access to government support measures, including discounted transportation through socially significant food products, fixed utility rates, preferential working capital, and other instruments.Proposed list of socially significant food products:1. Депутаты Мажилиса на пленарном заседании под председательством Спикера Палаты Ерлана Кошанова ратифицировали Рамочное соглашение с Фондом международного развития OPEC.В ходе пленарного заседания Мажилис ратифицировал Рамочное соглашение об организации операций в частном секторе между Правительством Казахстана и Фондом международного развития ОРЕС.Документ депутатам представил первый вице-министр национальной экономики Азамат Амрин. Как в содокладе отметил руководитель рабочей группы Бауржан Смагулов, соглашение предусматривает предоставление Фондом займов под 2,5-5% без требования гарантий от государства для финансирования инвестиционных проектов.– При этом активы и доходы Фонда освобождаются от прямых налогов, предоставляется возможность конвертации валюты и перевода средств. Документ также определяет статус и режим Фонда, предоставляет ему привилегии и иммунитет, включает защиту прав Фонда и бенефициаров и устанавливает механизм урегулирования споров через арбитражный суд, – сообщил мажилисмен.Ратификация соглашения позволит Фонду оказывать Казахстану финансовую поддержку в рамках его целей экономического развития по таким направлениям, как энергетика, промышленность, транспортная инфраструктура, финансы, сельское хозяйство, вода, телекоммуникации, образование и здравоохранение.
