The Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Republic of Kazakhstan, together with the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Ministry of Digital Development, Innovations and Aerospace Industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan, have developed an order on the implementation of a pilot project to introduce a special mechanism for providing state services for determining disability. This will simplify this procedure for several nosologies. The special mechanism for conducting a medical and social examination in an external proactive format provides for the simplification of the procedure for determining disability by sending medical documents to a single expert outside the territory. Previously, this procedure was carried out with the participation of three experts. Also, during proactive external certification, the terms of providing public services will be reduced from three working days to one working day. This mechanism will be used in the pilot project for three nosological forms in cases of irreversible changes and disorders of body functions due to diseases, injuries and defects:– amputation and (or) absence of a limb;– Down syndrome (syndrome);– mucopolysaccharidosis in children. The document can be viewed on the "Open NPA" portal: https://legalacts.egov.kz/npa/view?id=15472789Source : https://www.gov.kz/memleket/entities/enbek/press/news/details/949894

In the Zhetysai district, 42 thousand hectares of land out of 53 thousand hectares have been salted."The only way to get rid of soil salt is salting. In this case, it is very important to correctly determine the time and amount of salting, depending on the degree of salinity of the land and the mechanical composition of the soil. The branch plans to complete the pumping work in the first decade of March,” said Kazybek Bedebayev, director of the “Kazsuchar” branch of the Turkestan region.

Since the beginning of the year, more than 49 thousand people have been provided with state services through the Family Digital Card 04.03.2025
As a result of the introduction of the Digital Family Card (hereinafter referred to as the FDC), since the beginning of 2025, SMS messages have been sent to 95.6 thousand people for the proactive provision of state services in the social and labor sphere. At the same time, more than 49 thousand people used the opportunity to receive benefits or payments without applying. The Digital Family Card is formed on the basis of data from all existing information systems of state bodies. Today, it contains information on 20 million citizens of Kazakhstan or more than 6.2 million families. The main goal of the introduction of the FDC is to ensure equal access of Kazakhstanis to the state support system. In this regard, the Social Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan establishes the Digital Family Card as a tool for determining medium- and long-term objectives and directions of social policy. Also, the OCC is a daily "electronic notification" of citizens' entitlement to receive some form of guaranteed state support depending on their social status.Currently, the OCC allows Kazakhstanis who are entitled to receive state support measures to register 10 types of benefits and social payments without any applications. They include social payments in case of loss of working capacity; social payment in case of loss of work, social payment or allowance for loss of breadwinner, allowance for parents (guardians) raising a child with disabilities, disability allowance, allowance for large families, allowance for mothers of many children awarded the "Altyn Alka" and "Kumis Alka" necklaces, targeted social assistance, as well as a lump sum payment for funerals. Also, automatic notifications have been implemented about the possibility of receiving pension payments through the OCC, the expiration date of the status when granting or extending the "kin" status, and employment measures for unemployed people. When the right to receive state support measures is established, an SMS message is sent to the potential recipient from the unified contact center 1414. The citizen who receives the notification must respond to it about his consent. The application and the assignment of social benefits or payments are processed automatically, after which the funds are transferred to the recipient's bank account. In order to avoid the risk of fraud, we note the need to respond to the SMS received from the unified contact center 1414.For all questions, please contact the Call Center at 1414.
