Asset Nusupov visited the West Kazakhstan Region on a working visit. During his visit, he reviewed the operations of two large enterprises, Kublei LLP and the National Center for Expertise and Certification JSC, and met with representatives of the region's business community.Kublei LLP comprises two factories employing over 700 people. The canning plant was launched in 1992, and today the company produces approximately 100 products. In 2015, a meat processing complex was commissioned, with a daily processing capacity of up to 400 head of cattle and approximately 700 head of small ruminants. The complex produces freshly chilled and frozen meat, as well as semi-finished products. Both factories are equipped with modern European equipment.The company also operates a facility for processing waste (bones and blood) into meat and bone meal. This product, a protein-mineral feed of animal origin, is in high demand on poultry farms, helping to strengthen the musculoskeletal and skeletal systems of broilers, as well as improve egg production and eggshell quality in laying hens.Kubley LLC's products are sold domestically in Kazakhstan and exported to Kyrgyzstan, Turkmenistan, and Uzbekistan. Previously, exports were also made to Iran, China, and Russia.Aset Nusupov also visited the West Kazakhstan branch of JSC "National Center for Expertise and Certification" and learned about its operations. The branch specializes in confirming the conformity of products and services, management systems, product testing, and the verification of measuring instruments. Branch Director Rimma Shunaeva presented the current status of the organization and plans to expand the scope of accreditation for the testing department. In particular, one of the strategic development areas is expanding the conformity assessment of products that ensure safe operation in explosive environments.During a meeting with business representatives, the Vice Minister briefed participants on key trade indicators, support measures for domestic producers, domestic market protection, trade fair processes, and measures to promote the export of value-added products. In the West Kazakhstan Region, domestic trade turnover for January–November 2025 amounted to 1.2 trillion tenge.Across the country as a whole, domestic trade turnover for the first 11 months of 2025 increased by 14.5% to 69.4 trillion tenge (compared to 60.6 trillion tenge for the same period in 2024). This includes wholesale trade at 46.6 trillion tenge and retail trade at 22.8 trillion tenge.In turn, Kaliyar Aitmukhambetov, Deputy Akim of the West Kazakhstan Region, announced that up to 50% of fruit and vegetable produce, including sugar and rice, will be contracted to local producers this year. Construction of a vegetable storage facility is also planned. The region regularly hosts fairs, which are highly popular among the local population. К-1 – это базовая учебно-практическая задача, выполняемая экипажем боевого корабля на начальном этапе подготовки личного состава. До этого матросы прошли теоретическую и практическую подготовку в учебном центре военно-морской базы. С первых дней обучения инструкторы учебно-тренировочного комплекса внимательно следили за их профессиональным становлением. Задачи отрабатывались на комплексах «пожарный полигон» и «водный бассейн», оснащенных современным оборудованием и имитирующих реальные аварийные условия.По наблюдениям наставников, каждый новый призыв имеет свои особенности: есть различия в уровне физической подготовки, выносливости, сноровке и скорости реакции. Поэтому инструкторы приложили все усилия для того, личный состав работал грамотно, сложенно и уверенно. При этом особое внимание уделялось роли младших командиров.– В учебном центре они ознакомились с аварийно-спасательным оборудованием, изучили алгоритмы действий по предупреждению и ликвидации последствий чрезвычайных ситуаций. Так что на боевые корабли они прибыли сформировавшимся и подготовленными специалистоми, способными уверенно действовать в сложных и экстремальных ситуациях, – пояснил начальник учебно-тренировочный станции по борьбе за живучесть  капитан-лейтенант Самат Мамушев.Одним из ключевых элементов курсовой задачи К-1 является борьба за живучесть корабля. Для ее выполнения имитируются повреждения корпуса. Kostanay region has consistently implemented a state policy for the development and modernization of the healthcare system, aimed at improving the availability and quality of medical care for the population.Over the past two years, 26 primary health care facilities have been built in rural areas of the region - outpatient clinics, midwifery and medical centers. The new facilities are equipped with modern medical equipment, including ultrasound machines, laboratory complexes, rehabilitation and physiotherapy equipment, which was previously unavailable at the village level.Special attention is paid to strengthening the material and technical base of the industry. This year, 9.8 billion tenge has been allocated for these purposes, which is three times the amount of financing in 2022 (3.3 billion tenge).Currently, there are 4 angiographs, 11 computed tomographs, and 2 magnetic resonance imaging machines in the medical organizations of the region.Additionally, CT and MRI machines, two angiographs, and a linear accelerator for the cancer hospital were purchased. For the first time, a linear accelerator was installed in the region, which allowed patients to receive radiation therapy in the region without having to travel to other regions.In 2026, it is planned to purchase two MRI and two angiographs for Arkalyk and Zhitikarinsky regional hospitals. The introduction of high-tech equipment will significantly improve the provision of emergency and planned surgical care, including for diseases of the circulatory system, neurosurgical and traumatological pathologies. Modern CT and MRI scans help to increase the level of early diagnosis of diseases.In addition, at the beginning of this month, 50 new specialized vehicles were transferred to the ambulance service of the region. On December 18, 2025, the ethics commissioner of the Ministry, together with the legal department, held a training seminar on the topic: "Official ethics, professional responsibility and anti-corruption prevention".During the event, the main requirements of official ethics, principles of legality, proper performance of duties and personal responsibility of civil servants were explained to the participants.A separate block was devoted to the behavior of civil servants during holidays and weekends, with an emphasis on the need to observe restraint and norms of official ethics.Attention is also drawn to the inadmissibility of appearing in public places, driving vehicles, as well as the use of alcohol, narcotic and other psychoactive substances in a state incompatible with the requirements of official reputation and professional ethics.In addition, practical recommendations during inspections and business trips, including foreign ones, with an emphasis on compliance with the official framework, prevention of conflict of interests and refusal to receive gifts and other illegal benefits are considered.At the end of the seminar, the importance of strict observance of ethical norms and professional discipline was noted as a key factor of public trust in public service.Source : https://www.gov.kz/memleket/entities/mti/press/news/details/1129002?lang=kk

На очередном заседании штаба по обеспечению экономического роста под председательством заместителя Премьер-министра – министра национальной экономики Серика Жумангарина рассмотрены прогнозы итогов 2025 г. и подходы к поддержанию экономического роста в 2026 г.В обрабатывающей промышленности по итогам 11 месяцев ИФО составил 105,9%, по итогам года ожидается рост на уровне 6%.Прогноз динамики ключевых отраслей обработки по итогам 2025:металлургия (40% в структуре обработки): рост 1,1%, машиностроение (17,5%) – рост 12%, пищевая промышленность (13,1%): рост 9%.производство стройматериалов (5,6%): рост 6%химическая промышленность (5,4%): рост 6%легкая промышленность (0,7%): рост 5%На заседании штаба особое внимание уделили прогнозам дальнейшего развития обрабатывающей промышленности как одного из ключевых драйверов экономического роста. Рассмотрены перспективы развития цветной и черной металлургии, реализация проектов, финансируемых по линии холдинга «Байтерек», состояние инфраструктуры в регионах и другие факторы, влияющие на устойчивость роста отрасли.С учетом необходимости более эффективного использования ресурсного и инфраструктурного потенциала регионов заместитель Премьер-министра поручил подготовить Дорожную карту по обеспечению темпов роста в отраслях обрабатывающей промышленности в 2026 году с фокусом на необходимые меры, критически важные для экономического роста, а также меры поддержки легкой промышленности и производства строительных материалов.В торговле при росте ИФО в 8,8% за 11 месяцев по итогам года ожидается 8,9%. Почти 72% совокупного вклада в рост торговли обеспечивают пять регионов: Алматы – 24,6 трлн тенге (торговля автомобилями, машинами и оборудованием, фармацевтическая продукция, шоколад);Астана – 10,9 трлн тенге (реализация природного газа, дизельного топлива, авиационного бензина и керосина, мяса и молочной продукции);Атырауская область – 6,7 трлн тенге (нефтепродукты, машины и оборудование);Карагандинская область – 4,5 трлн тенге (фармацевтические товары, машины и оборудование, косметическая продукция);Шымкент – 3,6 трлн тенге (фармацевтическая продукция, ГСМ, продукция АПК).В структуре розничной торговли, где задействовано порядка 760 тыс. субъектов бизнеса, товарооборот индивидуальных предпринимателей вырос на 10% и достиг 8,2 трлн тенге. По оперативным данным, объем онлайн-продаж за 11 месяцев составил 3,3 трлн тенге, что на 14,4% больше по сравнению с аналогичным периодом прошлого года.Сельское хозяйство демонстрирует устойчивый рост по всем направлениям. По итогам 11 месяцев ИФО составил 106,1%, по итогам года ожидается рост на уровне 5%, что превышает плановый показатель на 3%.Рост выше среднереспубликанского уровня зафиксирован в Акмолинской (115,7%), Костанайской (115,4%), Северо-Казахстанской (110,5%), Павлодарской (108,2%), Атырауской областях (107,4%).На фоне стабильно высоких урожаев традиционных культур более выраженными точками роста в текущем году стали высокомаржинальные масличные и бобовые культуры. Получен рекордный урожай бобовых – свыше 1,1 млн тонн. Впервые объем производства масличных культур достиг 4,7 млн тонн.
