The head of the region, Kumar Aksakalov, reviewed the work on the timely and high-quality clearing of Kostanay streets from snow ahead of the spring flood season.During the winter period, 313 thousand tons of snow were removed from the city. This is 3 times more than during the same period last year (95 thousand tons). The main load falls on 5 snow disposal sites, whose current fill level ranges from 60% to 90%.In the Kostanay-2 district, there are 44 residential buildings located in a potential flooding zone. Over 40 thousand tons of snow have already been removed from this area."Currently, our main task is to maximize the speed of snow removal from streets, courtyards, intersections, and areas where there is a risk of meltwater accumulation. To ensure the free flow of meltwater, special attention must be paid to cleaning storm drains, ditches, and drainage channels," noted Kumar Aksakalov.To handle meltwater, 110 km of stormwater system is operational, of which 4.9 km are located in the Kostanay-2 district. Furthermore, there are 5 hydraulic structures ensuring water discharge into the Tobol River."The work must be carried out systematically and in an intensified mode. It is important to utilize all necessary equipment, organize round-the-clock monitoring, and respond promptly to problematic areas. The effectiveness of this work determines the safety of residents, the uninterrupted operation of the city's infrastructure, and the city's readiness for the spring period. Our task is to take all necessary measures so that the city meets spring prepared and without the risk of flooding," emphasized the head of the region.LLP "CapitalGroupUnion" is conducting intensified snow removal. 18 units of equipment are involved in the work. В девять часов утра на участок для голосования №1062, расположенный в Доме культуры имени Нургисы Тлендиева в селе Отеген батыр Илийского района, пришла проголосовать ветеран труда Торткен Кененова. На участок она прибыла вместе с родственниками, несмотря на почтенный возраст, решив лично принять участие в важном для страны событии.Имя Торткен Кененовой хорошо известно в регионе. Она - дочь народного акына, композитора и сказителя, кюйши Кенена Азербаева. За годы жизни и труда она также заслужила признание общества. Является Почетным гражданином Илийского района, Заслуженным деятелем искусств Республики Казахстан, ветераном труда и общественным деятелем.Недавно Торткен Кененовой исполнилось 90 лет. Она родилась в 1936 году на железнодорожной станции Отар Красногорского района Жамбылской области, который сегодня носит название Кордайского. С ранних лет в ее жизни особое место занимали музыка и народное творчество. Любовь к искусству она унаследовала от своего отца - известного акына Кенена Азербаева. Позднее Торткен Кененова проделала большую работу по сохранению его наследия. Ею были записаны и изданы компакт-диски с песнями отца под названиями «Қосылған қоңыр қазға ән мен үнім» и «Әнім қалсын». Благодаря этим записям многие произведения народного композитора получили новую жизнь и стали доступны широкой аудитории.Значительную часть своей жизни она посвятила педагогике. На протяжении тридцати лет Торткен Кененова работала в системе народного образования. Ее труд был высоко оценен государством. В 1981 году она была награждена почетным знаком «Отличник народного просвещения СССР», а в 1985 году - знаком «Отличник народного просвещения Республики Казахстан».Даже в столь почтенном возрасте Торткен Кененовна остается активным человеком. Придя на участок, она отметила, что участие в общественной жизни и проявление гражданской позиции важны для каждого человека, независимо от возраста. Ветеран поблагодарила за внимание и уважение к людям старшего поколения.После голосования Торткен Кененова обратилась к присутствующим с теплыми словами и дала бата-благословение. Она пожелала жителям единства, согласия и благополучия.
