In the Zhangeldinsky district of the Kostanay region, a multifunctional indoor hockey rink was opened and has already been handed over for use to the residents of the region.The new sports facility is located in the village of Torghai and was implemented using funds from the regional budget. An important step was the adoption of a new Constitution aimed at building a Just State. Thanks to the course pursued by the Head of State, our country maintains stability, strengthens the economy, and creates conditions for improving the quality of life of citizens. Representatives of different nationalities live in peace and harmony. In the Kostanay land, the friendship of ethnic groups is not just words, but a visible manifestation of mutual respect and harmony in everyday life," noted the regional akim.Today, the Kostanay Region is one of the steadily developing regions of the country. It is especially important to note the successful transformation of the region from an agrarian to an industrial-agrarian one. Currently, the region ranks fourth among the country's twenty regions in terms of manufacturing output. The region is a center of mechanical engineering, providing 25% of the industry's total production volume in the country. Furthermore, the region holds leading positions in the export of processed agricultural products and food production. And with the launch of the "Confectionery Capital" project this year, our region will become a major producer of confectionery products in the country.In agriculture, 7 modern dairy farms have been commissioned, with another 7 under construction, 5 of which will be launched this year. In the road sector, 1,300 km of roads were repaired last year. Also, over 50 social facilities have been commissioned, including 20 educational facilities, 12 medical institutions, and 19 sports complexes. This year, the construction of two schools in Kostanay and a polyclinic in the village of Zarechnoye will be completed.Projects aimed at forming a barrier-free society deserve special mention:• a rehabilitation center for children has been opened on the basis of a former residence;• construction of a physical culture and health complex for persons with disabilities is beginning;• the first linear accelerator in the region for the treatment of oncological diseases has been launched in Kostanay.A Table Tennis Center, a new "Octopus" aquapark, and a multifunctional stadium in the triathlon park area are also under construction. Three world-class hotel complexes - "Marriott", "Novotel", "Holiday Inn" - will be built, which will create 300 new jobs."I want to note that we have real prospects of becoming one of the leading regions of the country in all areas. Сегодня в Министерства национальной экономики РК состоялось торжественное собрание с участием сотрудников центрального аппарата, комитетов и подведомственных организаций. Мероприятие объединило коллектив ведомства в атмосфере праздника, символизирующего обновление, единство и новые начинания.С приветственным словом выступил заместитель Премьер-Министра-министр национальной экономики РК Серик Жумангарин. Поздравляя коллег, он подчеркнул значимость Наурыза как точки отсчёта нового этапа и пожелал всем мира, добра и успехов в профессиональной деятельности. «Новый год - это всегда новые задачи и новые возможности. Перед нами стоят масштабные цели по обеспечению устойчивого экономического роста. Государственные служащие играют ключевую роль в реализации этих задач, вносят значительный вклад в социально-экономическое развитие Казахстана. Уверен, что ваш профессионализм, ответственность и преданность делу позволят успешно воплотить все намеченные инициативы», - отметил вице-премьер.В рамках торжественного собрания состоялась церемония награждения. За значительный вклад в развитие отрасли медалью «Экономика саласын дамытуға қосқан үлесі үшін» награждены: главный эксперт Департамента государственной поддержки и защиты предпринимательства Ляззат Керейтбаева, главный эксперт Департамента налоговой и таможенной политики Бакыткуль Садуакас, главный эксперт Комитета по регулированию естественных монополий Алма Жусупова, советник по науке АО «Институт экономических исследований» Азамат Нурсеитов, директор департамента АО «Казахстанский центр государственно-частного партнерства» Айгуль Садыкова, экономист РГУ «Научно-исследовательский институт микрографии» Акжаркын Койшегулова. Нагрудным знаком «Заң саласының үздігі» отмечен главный эксперт Юридического департамента Мурат Рахметолдин. Особое внимание было уделено мероприятиям, прошедшим в рамках декады «Наурызнама». В министерстве были организованы культурно-познавательные и спортивные мероприятия, в которых приняли участие 12 структурных подразделений и комитеты.Ярким событием стал конкурс по оформлению кабинетов в национальном стиле «Наурыз шуағы – кабинетімізде». Практически все сотрудники министерства проявили активность, продемонстрировав знание традиций, а также уважение к национальным культурным ценностям.На торжественном собрании были озвучены результаты конкурса: первое место занял Департамент политики развития предпринимательства, второе - Департамент стратегического анализа и развития, третье - Департамент международного экономического сотрудничества.
