Проект «Одно село — один продукт» (ОСОП) становится драйвером развития малого бизнеса на селе, помогая предпринимателям превращать локальные товары в узнаваемые бренды с экспортным потенциалом. Финалисты получают маркетинговую поддержку и шанс на государственный грант до 5 млн тенге.Проект ОСОП реализуется Министерством национальной экономики РК совместно с Национальной палатой предпринимателей «Атамекен» в рамках направления «Поддержка производителей продукции из местных и локальных ресурсов». Её главная цель - выявить и поддержать сельских производителей, создающих качественную продукцию из местного сырья, отражающую особенности своего региона.С момента старта 2023 года более 2500 предпринимателей подали заявки на участие, более 2000 производителей продукции приняли участие в региональных выставках организованной палатой предпринимателей «Атамекен». Отобраны 138 финалистов ОСОП, которые производят более 700 видов продукции, 78 из них уже получили финансирование. Для финалистов проекта разработаны более 100 бренд-дизайнов упаковки и логотипов. На 17 июля 2025 года региональные выставки охватили уже 14 областей. 140 полуфиналистов проходят обучение и готовятся к финальному этапу, где будут определены победители от каждого региона. До конца года запланирован ряд выставок, которые пройдут в городе Алматы, а также в Алматинской, Туркестанской, Жамбылской и Западно-Казахстанской областях.Как работает проект ОСОП:в регионах принимаются заявки, проводятся выставки, где презентуются местные продукты;на выставке отбираются лучшие 10 участников (полуфиналисты) наиболее подходящие к критериям проекта, далее региональные бренд-комитеты отбирают финалистов;финалистам проекта предоставляется обучение и маркетинговое сопровождение, помогают с брендингом: разработкой логотипа, упаковки и товарного знака;финалисты проекта получают шанс представить продукцию на республиканских и международных выставках/ярмарках, также участвуют в конкурсе на грантовое финансирование до 5 млн тенге.К продукции предъявляются простые, но важные требования:Использование местного сырья;Простые технологии производства;Отражение региональной идентичности (вкус, форма, история);Безопасность состава;Допускается использование отдельных привозных компонентов.Пройти в финал можно после участия в региональной выставке, где продукция оценивается по 10-балльной шкале, а затем бренд-комитет определяет лучших из лучших. Победители получают не только гранты, но и возможность вывести свой продукт на новый уровень - от региона до международного рынка.Проект «Одно село — один продукт» — это не просто конкурс. KIA'S PLANT IN KOSTANAY IS READY TO START: KIA CORPORATION EXECUTIVE VICE PRESIDENT ARRIVES FOR INSPECTIONThe new KIA automobile plant is one of the largest industrial projects in Kazakhstan, the largest construction site in the history of domestic engineering.Today, the Kostanay KIA plant has passed an important final control point. The company was specially visited today by Executive Vice President of KIA Corporation Jong Junchul, who oversees all production facilities of the company worldwide.The visit of the first executive Vice president of KIA Corporation to Kostanay region emphasized the importance of this stage: he personally checked the readiness of the enterprise.The plant was built in record time: construction began in the fall of 2023. KIA Corporation has financed 117 billion tenge into the plant, which makes it one of the largest investments of foreign capital outside South Korea in the automotive industry. The total investment in the project amounted to 131.5 billion tenge."This is the largest foreign production in the history of the region. Thanks to the support of the President of Kazakhstan Kassym-Jomart Tokayev and the well—coordinated work of all structures, the plant was built in just one and a half years," said Akim of Kostanay region Kumar Aksakalov.At the state level, the project was provided with a complete infrastructure: roads, railway tracks, networks.The launch of a new production facility is not only large-scale in terms of investments, but also in terms of social impact. Over 1,500 jobs are being created at the first stage. This is the largest simultaneous job creation project, which will significantly strengthen the labor market in the region and open up new prospects for young Kostanay residents.Additionally, a Localization center is being built near the car factory, which will provide employment for another 800 people. 18 июля 2025 года Глава государства подписал новый Налоговый кодекс и сопутствующий закон с поправками в налоговое законодательство.Новый кодекс предусматривает масштабное упрощение налогового администрирования:на 30% меньше отчётности, на 20% меньше налогов,оптимизация налоговых льгот и сборов,новые подходы к налоговому администрированию: камеральный контроль будет носить предупредительный и поэтапный характер, упрощены процедуры взыскания налоговой задолженности, предоставления отсрочки и рассрочки. При незначительных суммах задолженности не будут блокироваться счета бизнеса. Уведомления и меры будут применяться поэтапно в зависимости от суммы долга.Ключевые изменения:НДС: базовая ставка – 16%, сниженные ставки:5% с 2026 года и 10% с 2027-го – для лекарств и медуслуг,10% – для реализации отечественных периодических изданий,освобождение от НДС – для ГОБМП, ОСМС, археологии, книгопечатания.порог по обязательной регистрации по НДС снижен до 10 тыс. МРП (40 млн тенге).Индивидуальный подоходный налог:освобождение пенсионных выплат из ЕНПФ,введение прогрессивной шкалы – 15% на доходы граждан выше 8 500 МРП в год и 15% – для дивидендов физ.лиц и доходов предпринимателей выше 230 000 МРП в год.увеличение социального вычета для лиц с инвалидностью – с 882 до 5 000 МРП,для фермеров с учетом сохранения льготы -70% на доходы свыше 230 000 МРП в год налог составит 4,5%.Снижен транспортный налог для авто старше 10 лет.Корпоративный подоходный налог:Базовая ставка – 20%,Повышенные ставки:25% – для банков (за исключением кредитования МСБ) и игорного бизнеса,5% - с 2026 года и 10% с 2027-го – для организаций соцсферы,3% – сохраняется для сельхозпроизводителей.Налоги для бизнеса и инвесторов:сохраняются льготы по доходам от дивидендов по биржевым ценным бумагам,доходы от ценных бумаг холдинга «Байтерек» освобождены от КПН до 2031 года,предусмотрены льготы для переработки полезных ископаемых и геологоразведки, включая нулевой НДПИ на 5 лет для новых проектов.Налог на роскошь Вводится 10% акциз на дорогостоящие товары: автомобили стоимостью свыше 75 млн тенге, самолеты, яхты и катера — от 100 млн тенге, дорогой алкоголь и сигары. Повышается налог на имущество, если стоимость всех объектов недвижимости превышает 450 млн тенге. Металлургия остается основным драйвером обрабатывающей промышленности Казахстана, занимая долю в 40,1%. Итоги первого полугодия и перспективы дальнейшего роста отрасли обсудили на заседании штаба по обеспечению экономического роста под председательством вице-премьера – министра национальной экономики Серика Жумангарина.Сохранять высокие темпы роста в металлургии является непростой задачей: в 2024 г. отрасль достигла рекордного за последние 10 лет прироста – 6,9%. На сегодняшний день производственные мощности предприятий загружены на 90-100%, что ограничивает возможности дальнейшего увеличения объемов.Несмотря на высокую базу прошлого года, по итогам первого полугодия 2025-го в металлургической промышленности индекс физического объема вырос на 0,1%. Для повышения темпов роста отрасли разработана и реализуется специальная дорожная карта. По словам вице-министра промышленности и строительства Олжаса Сапарбекова, уже достигнут ряд промежуточных целей документа.В частности, завершены восстановительные работы на руднике «Жомарт», увеличены объемы поставок цинкового концентрата с Актюбинской медной компании на предприятия «Казцинк». Группа KAZ Minerals поставила крупные партии медного концентрата на отечественные заводы. Это позволит существенно увеличить объем его переработки внутри страны до конца года. По итогам первых шести месяцев 2025 года машиностроительная отрасль Казахстана продемонстрировала экономический рост, составивший 11,1%. Возможности дальнейшего ускорения темпов и раскрытия дополнительного потенциала сектора стали предметом детального обсуждения на заседании штаба по обеспечению экономического роста под председательством заместителя Премьер-министра – министра национальной экономики Серика Жумангарина.Машиностроение – один из ключевых секторов обрабатывающей промышленности, обеспечивающий почти 19% ее общего объема. Основные драйверы роста: производство автомобилей (+12,1%), железнодорожных и других транспортных средств (+7,1%), сельхозтехники (+1,3%), электротехники (+21,5%), компьютеров, электронного и оптического оборудования (рост в 1,7 раза), а также ремонт и установка машин и оборудования (+12%).Автопром: новые заводы и расширение модельного рядаАвтомобилестроение дает порядка 41% от объема машиностроения. Сегодня в стране работают два автозавода, выпускающих бренды JAC, Chevrolet, KIA, Lada, Jetour, Hongqi, Skoda, Hyundai и Genesis.В этом году в Казахстане будут введены в строй еще два новых предприятия – мультибрендовый завод в Алматы и завод KIA в Костанае. В Алматы планируется выпуск автомобилей таких брендов, как CHANGAN, Haval и CHERY.«Благодаря вводу в эксплуатацию новых мощностей в стране значительно увеличится объем производства автомобилей, собираемых по мелкоузловой технологии, что позволит расширить модельный ряд и укрепить позиции отечественного автопрома», — отметил вице-министр промышленности и строительства Олжас Сапарбеков.В 2025 году в Казахстане планируется произвести 147 824 автомобилей. В 2024 году в Казахстане произведено 125 локомотивов и свыше 2,7 тыс. вагонов на общую сумму 599,3 млрд тенге. Сегодня в этом сегменте работают пять производственных предприятий, расположенных в Астане, Петропавловске, Экибастузе и Атырау.С этого года начал работу завода «Stadler Kazakhstan» в Астане, запуск которого стал важным этапом в трансформации отрасли и расширении локализации.Для стимулирования обновления подвижного состава Министерство транспорта инициировало введение ограничений на эксплуатацию вагонов с продленным сроком службы. Соответствующий нормативный документ уже разработан и проходит процедуры согласования.Вице-премьер поручил Министерству национальной экономики ускорить решение процедурных вопросов, чтобы документ был принят в кратчайшие сроки.Электротехника и бытовая техника: развитие продолжаетсяОколо 9% общего объема машиностроения приходится на электротехническую продукцию. В 2024 году в Казахстане было произведено свыше 270 тыс. единиц бытовой техники. С этого года в стране стартует производство телевизоров и стиральных машин под брендом Samsung. Это значимый шаг в направлении импортозамещения, повышения локализации и расширения ассортимента продукции, выпускаемой на территории Казахстана. Сельхозтехника: 90% рынка обеспечивают отечественные производителиСельскохозяйственное машиностроение занимает около 6% в структуре отрасли. Сегодня в Казахстане самоходную сельхозтехнику производят 10 крупных предприятий. Благодаря действующей программе льготного лизинга отечественные производители обеспечивают до 90% потребностей внутреннего рынка по тракторам и комбайнам.В прошлом году в Казахстан зашли и сейчас усиливают свое присутствие финский SAMPO, китайский ZOOMLION и американский John Deere. По итогам первого полугодия в Казахстане произведено порядка 4 тыс. тракторов (+39,3%) и 441 зерноуборочный комбайн (+64,6%). An anti-drug campaign was held at the "Zhuldyz" summer children's camp in Merki district under the slogan "A future without drugs!"
