The biggest competition among the regions is for young people. Providing young people with stable jobs and the ability to use their abilities for the socio-economic development of the region is currently an urgent issue.
This was stated by Akim of Zhambyl region Yerbol Karashukeyev, speaking at the award ceremony for the winners of the "Aulieata Uzdigi" award and the holders of the "Tauelsizdik urpaktary" grant. He noted that Zhambyl region has great potential in this area, and various support measures are provided.
The head of the region stressed that youth has always been the driving force of society and an important part of it, giving impetus to the development of the entire state.
– President Kassym-Jomart Kemelevich Tokayev stressed: "The future of our country is in the hands of educated youth." These words have become a symbol of the desire for knowledge and innovation among the younger generation," said Erbol Karashukeyev. – All initiatives in the country are aimed at supporting the younger generation. Young people should strive for knowledge, honesty, responsibility and diligence. These qualities will help you overcome any obstacles and reach heights.
Erbol Karashukeyev noted that the Taraz – Reading City project will be launched in the region in 2025 and expressed confidence that young people will support this project. He also thanked more than 10,000 volunteers for their selfless work.
In a solemn ceremony, the akim of the region awarded the winners of the annual Aulieata Uzdigi award.
Araily Zhaksylyk, a journalist of the regional newspaper Aq jol, became the holder of the title "Uzdik zhas akyn". The winner in the Uzdik Zhas Journalist nomination was Uldana Zhubai, a correspondent for the Eurasia TV channel. The title of the best young teacher was won by Dauren Estaev, a mathematics teacher at Gymnasium No. 1 named after A. Bokeikhanov. Beksultan Boranbai, the world youth boxing champion and Master of Sports of the Republic of Kazakhstan, was noted among the athletes. The title "Uzdik zhas medicine salasyn mamany" was awarded to the senior nurse of the Zhambyl district hospital Biken Amangalikyzy. Didar Basykarbayev, an artist of the regional Philharmonic named after K. Azerbayev, was recognized as the best in the field of art. Baydaulet Duseynov, the head of the guard at Taraz Fire station No. 20, was awarded the title of "Best Young Rescuer." And among the representatives of law enforcement agencies, the senior operative of the DP of the region, Kundyzai Bogenbayeva, stood out. Batyrkhan Tomeshbai, head of the sector of the Talas district akim's office, became the best young civil servant. Saltanat Zaimanova, senior laboratory assistant at Amangeldi gaz ondeu Zauyty LLP, won in the Uzdik Zhas ondiris salasyn mamany nomination. Special recognition was given to Mukhtarali Abuali, who won the title of the best young inventor. He works for the Canadian company MaintainX, is the author of the book for young people in Braille "Tiger Reincarnation" and the leader of the creative group KingMakers Group.
The governor of the region also paid attention to interesting youth projects aimed at the development of the region. Daulet Zhamankul and Shynar Toktamys received the Tuelsizdik Urpaktary grant in the Gylym direction, Ayana Kim and Akarys Sailau in the Madeniyet nomination, Alikhan Adil and Merey Zholdasbek in the Akparattyk Technologiyalar nomination, Azamat Namelbek and Patima Baitursyn in the Business field, and Merey in the Media category. It should be noted that young people make up 29.1% of the population of Zhambyl region. This year, 23,758 young people have been involved in active employment measures. 2,000 people were involved in seasonal work as part of the Zhasyl El project.
In order to support entrepreneurial initiatives, 344 entrepreneurs received a grant free of charge. Within the framework of the Auyl Amanaty project, 326 young people received preferential loans.
Last year, 144 young professionals received apartment keys as part of the Aulieata Zhastary housing program, and 140 young families will receive housing this year. This program will be continued next year.
