The East Kazakhstan Regional Scientific and Methodological Center for Informatization and Education Development "Örken" of the Education Department of the East Kazakhstan Region, on August 28, 2026, as part of the regional August conference, held a sectional meeting on the topic: "Implementation of the Values and Principles of the New People's Constitution: Digital Leadership and Artificial Intelligence in the Education System" at the premises of the Municipal State Institution "Secondary School No. 41" of the Education Department for the city of Ust-Kamenogorsk. The meeting was intended for heads of education departments and heads of district and city methodological offices, with the participation of 120 directors of secondary schools in the region.
The moderator of the sectional meeting was Bulbul Zhomartovna Kozybayeva, Deputy Head of the Education Department.
During the sessions, the main reports were presented by:
​Markhabbat Kamelkhanovna Kenchimbayeva, Head-Leader, Director of the Municipal State Institution "Belousovskaya Secondary School No. 2" of the Education Department for the Glubokovsky District, presented the experience of creating an innovative educational space and implementing modern approaches in school management;
​Zhanna Tolegenovna Sagandykova, Director of the Regional Specialized IT School-Lyceum, presented practical experience in implementing artificial intelligence in the educational and management processes of a modern school;
Anuar Nasir, winner of the regional competition "Best Teacher – 2025", physics teacher, Deputy Director of the Municipal State Institution "Secondary School No. 41" of the city of Ust-Kamenogorsk, conducted a practical demonstration of the use of artificial intelligence technologies. As part of the presentation, a fragment of an open physics lesson using the EdooX digital platform was shown.
​Following the meeting, the participants noted the relevance of the presented practices and the need for their further dissemination and implementation in the activities of educational organizations in the region.
