In accordance with the order of the akim of Zhambyl region, Utepov Daniyar Kuttybaevich was appointed head of the Department of Land Relations of the Akimat of Zhambyl region.
Daniyar Kuttybaevich was born in 1978 in the Shusky district of the Zhambyl region. In 2000, he graduated from M.H.Dulati Taraz State University with a degree in land cadastre, and in 2002 from Aulie Ata University with a degree in Law.
He started his career in 2000 in the city of Taraz as a land management engineer at the Zhambyl subsidiary of the State Enterprise of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Land Management.
In 2002-2006, he was a leading specialist, chief specialist of the Land Resources Committee of the Shui region; in 2006-2007, he was the chief specialist of the Land Relations Department of the Akimat of the Shui region; in 2007, he was the chief specialist of the Land Relations Department of the Akimat of the Zhambyl region; in 2007, he was the chief specialist of the Land Relations Department of the Akimat of the Zhambyl region; in 2012, he was the chief expert of the Land Resources Management Agency; 2012-2013 - Chief Specialist of the Department of Land Relations of the Akimat of Zhambyl region; 2013-2020 - Head of the Department of Land Relations of the Akimat of Shui district; 2020-2021 - Chief specialist-State Inspector of the Department of Control and Monitoring of Land Accounting, Head of the Legal Support Department of the Department for Control over the Use and Protection of Lands of the Akimat of Zhambyl region; 2022-2024 - Head of Department of Legal Support, Head of Department-State Inspector of the Department of Financial and Legal Support,Chief specialist-State Inspector of the Department of State Control over the use and protection of lands, Head of Department-State Inspector of the Department of Land Monitoring, Analysis and Accounting of the Department of Land Management of Zhambyl region of the Committee on Land Management of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
Since February 2024, he has held the position of Chief Specialist of the Department of State Control over the use and Protection of Lands of the Department of Land Management of the Zhambyl region of the Committee on Land Management of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
