The head of the region informed about the results of the implementation of the indicators of the Roadmap for the implementation of the election program of the party "Halyken Birge!".
24.6 billion tenge has been allocated for subsidizing the agro-industrial complex. Following the results of 10 months, 14.9 billion tenge of investments were attracted to the sphere.
The total sown area was 626.7 thousand hectares, 3.6 million tons of harvest were harvested.
151.4 thousand tons of agricultural products worth $29.1 million were exported.
Within the framework of the Auyl Amanaty project, in 2023-2024, more than 4 thousand projects in 38 rural districts were financed in the amount of 25.5 billion tenge. 152.2 thousand cattle were purchased.
1,156 small and medium-sized business projects have been funded. Loans have been issued to 38.6 thousand entrepreneurs through financial institutions. As a result, the volume of products produced by SMEs increased by 23.9 percent.
This year, 46.3 billion tenge has been allocated for social support and social security, which is 1.2 times more than last year.
In accordance with the President's instructions to create 100 jobs per 10,000 people, more than 11,000 jobs have been created by supporting entrepreneurial initiatives (the plan is 8.8 thousand).
More than 64,000 jobs have been created as part of the regional employment map, of which 45.9 thousand are permanent. 49.8 thousand Zhambyl residents were involved in active employment measures (plan 47,951). There are 2.2 thousand citizens with special needs among them.
635.7 square meters of housing were commissioned. 78 houses for 3,709 apartments are under construction in the region, 41 houses will be commissioned by the end of the year.
1,575 apartments worth 23.2 billion tenge were purchased in the region for large families and socially vulnerable segments of the population.
This year, budget funds have been allocated twice as much for housing construction and apartment purchase: in 2023 - 23.2 billion tenge, in 2024 - 40.8 billion tenge.
Through the construction and purchase of apartments, it is planned to provide housing for 1,963 families from socially vulnerable categories, which is 75% more than last year. 140 young families will receive housing within the framework of the Aulieata Zhastary project.
This year, 710 km of roads have been covered by reconstruction, construction, and repair projects. By the end of 2024, the share of local roads in good and satisfactory condition will increase to 99%, and the share of streets in populated areas will increase to 87%.
155 buses have been added to the region's bus fleet.
37 settlements are provided with drinking water. As a result, the level of provision of drinking water to the population is 98.1 percent.
Erbol Karashukeyev also dwelled on the work done in the social sphere.
36 educational facilities (for 10,600 places) are being built in the region. To date, 13 educational institutions have been put into operation, including three within the framework of the national project "Comfortable School". Two more facilities are planned to be commissioned by the end of the year. As a result, the problems of 7 schools with a shortage of student places, 3 three-shift, 3 dilapidated, and 2 emergency schools will be solved. Major repairs of 10 educational facilities have been carried out.
3.1 billion tenge was allocated for the modernization of schools: 1.9 billion tenge - to provide 215 schools with classrooms of a new modification, 1.2 billion tenge - to ensure the safety of educational facilities.
21 healthcare facilities have been commissioned. As part of the Rural Healthcare Modernization project, 2 outpatient clinics, 10 paramedic and obstetric centers, and 6 medical centers have been opened. Two medical facilities have been completely renovated.
18 units of equipment and 38 ambulances were purchased, the level of medical equipment reached 96.7% (2023 - 91.9%).
6 cultural facilities, 5 sports and recreation complexes and 103 sports grounds were built and put into operation.
Akim of the region focused on measures to support socially vulnerable segments of the population, youth, and the results of environmental projects.
The deputies who took part in the discussion of the report raised a number of issues. Akim of the region gave specific instructions to the heads of departments on each issue.
