In the Zhambyl region, 16 investment projects worth 14.6 billion tenge are planned to be implemented in the field of the agro-industrial complex this year. To date, 12 projects (10.8 billion tenge) have been launched, 163 jobs have been created.
Alel-Agro JSC has launched an incubator, 5 farms have implemented water-saving technologies, and safflower oil production has increased. A fishery of KazAkva Alliance LLP was also opened, and a granary of Elnur Adilgroup LLP was built. BNK Leasing LLP has opened a service center for agricultural machinery, Rich Gold LLP has launched apple juice production, and the construction of the Kausar farm vegetable storage facility has been completed.
It is planned that four more projects will be launched by the end of the year.
In total, 36 projects worth 245.4 billion tenge are planned to be implemented in the agro-industrial complex from 2024 to 2027. Among them, 5 dairy farms, 3 poultry farms, 8 vegetable storages, 10 projects for processing agricultural products, 7 projects for the introduction of water-saving technologies, as well as the construction of a feedlot. In addition, projects will be implemented to develop fisheries and create a service network for equipment maintenance.
Also, within the framework of the program to replicate the experience of North Kazakhstan region, 15 investment projects were financed: the construction of a vegetable storage and dairy farm, the production of apple juice, fish feed, the processing of bird droppings and sheep wool, the introduction of water-saving technologies.
According to the plan, a number of projects will be launched before the end of the year.
It is also planned to implement projects for the production of French fries and the processing of skins into a feed additive at the expense of the local budget.
These projects will increase milk production in the region by 6.5%, increase the capacity of agricultural storage facilities by 10%, and also help to stabilize prices and create permanent jobs.
