Today, during the working trip of the Minister of Health Akmaral Alnazarova to the Almaty region, a regional board was held with the participation of the heads of the territorial departments of the department, the Scientific Center of Pediatrics and Pediatric Surgery, the Scientific Center of Obstetrics, Gynecology and Perinatology.
The board's agenda included problematic issues in the field of maternal and child health, including the level of staff qualifications, late diagnosis of severe obstetric complications, and other aspects of medical care.
Special attention was paid to the coordinating role of specialized institutions, and measures were taken to improve the provision of medical care to pregnant women, women in labor, and women in labor.
The board also raised issues of financial sustainability of medical organizations, staffing, measures to ensure epidemiological well-being for vaccine-controlled infections, and feedback on public complaints.
The head of the department spoke about new initiatives to improve the quality of education in medical universities and address the personnel shortage. She noted that the needs of local executive bodies and forecasts of human resources are taken into account in the distribution of graduates, and a digital platform is being created to coordinate the entire residency process.
According to A.Alnazarova, the plans for 2025 consider an increase in the PRSP aimed at stimulating primary health care workers based on the achieved indicators of the final result, which is aimed at improving the quality of follow-up, detectability during screenings, patronage of children and pregnant women.
The Minister paid special attention to ensuring favorable working conditions for medical and non-medical personnel, providing social support measures for health workers, including social benefits, housing loans.
During the trip, the head of the department got acquainted with the work of the municipal multidisciplinary hospital in Konayev.
Further, the Minister of Health held meetings with the population and civil society activists, received citizens with personal appeals, and answered questions from journalists during the briefing.
