The Ministry of Internal Affairs hosted an award ceremony for the winners of the "My Police" video contest, which was attended by children from all over the republic.
More than 90 videos were received, each reflecting the participants' unique vision of police work. Four of the best creative videos were selected from them.
The head of the Department Yerzhan Sadenov congratulated the winners, noting their creative approach. He also expressed gratitude to the children, their parents and teachers for their active participation. In the nomination "I want to become a policeman," Akzer Zhazimova, a student of school No. 61 in Aktobe region, became the best.
In the nomination "A safe society through the eyes of children", Nursultan Turar, a resident of the same region, a student of school No. 34, won. Bakdaulet Agzam from the Karaganda region won the prize in the nomination "Young Road Defender".
In addition, the best "collective work" was selected, which deservedly received the recognition of the jury. The winners in this nomination were the students of the "Zhas sakhy" class of school No. 3 of the Ulytau region. The project demonstrated not only the high level of training of the students, but also their sincere interest in the work of the Department of Internal Affairs.
An exciting excursion was organized for the children, during which they, accompanied by their parents and teachers, visited the Museum of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and the Center for operational Management of the Metropolitan Police. The tour allowed the guests not only to get acquainted with the history, but also to see modern technologies used in police work. The demonstration performances of the SOBR fighters and service dogs, who demonstrated their skills in capturing offenders and searching for prohibited substances, made a special impression.
