The Head of State Kassym-Jomart Tokayev has identified the solution to the housing problem in the country as one of the priority areas. Work in this direction is continuing systematically in the region.
In this regard, 2 multi-storey residential buildings with 120 apartments were put into operation in the village of Sarykemer, Baizak district, and a number of families became homeless. The district akim Olzhas Bakkarayev attended the ceremony, congratulated the new apartment owners, and shared the joy of the crowd.
– Last year, 240 new apartments were received. This year, it is planned to build 6 more residential buildings in the district, and an offer for 7 billion tenge was made. If the funds are allocated, construction work will begin.
Today, several more families have received housing, which brings great joy. I sincerely congratulate you all! – said the district akim.
The construction of the houses was carried out by the Binom Limited Liability Partnership. The total area of ​​​​one residential building is 2,956 square meters. Two-room apartments have 33 square meters, and three-room apartments have 65.5 square meters.
One of the residents who received a new apartment is Elvira Abibullaeva, a mother of many children, who has been on the housing waiting list since 2018.
– I am a mother of six children. I was overjoyed when I heard that I would receive housing just yesterday. We have been waiting for this day with our family for a long time. I am very happy to live in my own home with my children. I am very grateful to the authorities and the akimat for providing us with such support! - said the mother of many children with excitement.
A single mother, Asemgul Aktayeva, who works as a social worker in the Baizak district akimat, also achieved her long-awaited joy.
- I have been on the housing queue for six years. Before that, we rented an apartment in the village of Sarykemer. Now, together with my two children, we have our own house. Tomorrow is my son's birthday. This housing is the greatest gift for us.
Our President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev declared 2025 the "Year of Working Professions." As proof of this, ordinary working people are also becoming homeowners, - she said excitedly.
The new owners of the houses, together with the district leaders, toured their homes and shared their joy. The mothers of the Akzhauly region decorated the housewarming party and made a splash.
In 2024, 4 5-story residential buildings were built in the Baizak district, housing 240 people. 8 families were provided with housing under the "Building a Beautiful Home" project.
This year, the construction of fifteen 2-apartment houses received support in the amount of
427 million tenge, and construction work has begun.
