On the initiative of the head of the region, Nuralkhan Oralbayev, large-scale work is being carried out to develop the region. The regional akim's office must work systematically in this direction. It is necessary to use time effectively and fulfill tasks promptly and qualitatively. I am confident that it will work fruitfully in this direction, - said Yerkebulan Daulbayev.
Togyzbayev Aidos Musiralievich was born in 1988. Education - higher: graduated from the M. Saparbayev South Kazakhstan Humanitarian Institute and the Kazakh University of Technology and Business. Specialties: law, economics.
In 2008-2010, he worked as a clerk of the Specialized Interdistrict Administrative Court of Astana, acting as a leading specialist of the Specialized Interdistrict Administrative Court of Astana, and as a leading specialist of the Specialized Interdistrict Administrative Court of Astana.
In 2010-2011, he was a leading specialist of the Zhetysu District Court No. 2 of Almaty, a lawyer at "Kazakhstan Birds" LLP, and in 2012, he became an expert in the Department for Monitoring the Ethics of Civil Servants of the Personnel Department of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
In 2013-2019, he worked as an expert in the Department for Monitoring the Ethics of Civil Servants of the Personnel Department of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan, a chief expert in the Department for Evaluation and Monitoring of Civil Servants of the Personnel Department of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan, and as a chief consultant-ethics representative of the personnel work sector of the Personnel Management Department of the Department for Ensuring the Activities of the Courts under the Supreme Court of the Republic of Kazakhstan. From 2019 to 2021, he was the Deputy Head of the Department of Justice of the Turkestan region, and from July 7, 2021 to the present, he has been serving as the Head of the Department of Justice of the North Kazakhstan region.
