TURKESTAN: THE BEST TEACHERS IN THE PERSONNEL RESERVE WILL BE APPOINTED AS DIRECTORS WITHOUT COMPETITION

The best teachers of the Turkestan region are appointed to leadership positions without competition. According to the program of the Ministry of Education and education of the Republic of Kazakhstan "1000 leaders of changes in education", 43 Turkestan teachers were transferred to the personnel Reserve. They improved their leadership, professional and managerial skills and received a special certificate. Today, Deputy akim of the region Beisenbay Tazhibayev met with reservists.
- There are many positive changes in the field of Education. Demand has increased in a number of areas. Since last year, school principals have been appointed in an open system via live broadcast. This initiative contributes to the prevention and reduction of corruption risks, the elimination of various obstacles, the Prevention of injustice and the admission of worthy citizens to the first leadership position. Management of professional teaching staff is directly related to improving the quality of Education. Now we can appoint teachers who have participated in the personnel selection process and received certificates, that is, you to senior positions without a competitive procedure. We hope for your experience and talents. We think it justifies trust. This is how we solve the personnel problem step by step. With the support of the governor of the region Darkhan Amangeldiuly, special respect is paid to the teacher. These works will be further intensified, - said Beisenbai Dauletovich.
At the meeting, Deputy Head of the Regional Department of Education Aigul Kassymbekova answered the participants ' questions. Teachers who have joined the Reserve can become deputy directors. And leaders who are in deputy positions are appointed to the school's directorship.
The Ministry of Education identified five main areas of improving the quality of Education. In particular, special priority is given to the development of effective management and the creation of a personnel Reserve. The process, which lasted 6 months, consisted of 5 stages. In particular, the candidates were tested on the assessment of competencies, internships in leading schools, final assessments and interviews in the Republican commission. The events were conducted by the center of pedagogical excellence.
It should be noted that in 2023, 26 teachers were in reserve in the Turkestan region. 23 of them are located for the vacant position without a competitive procedure. This year, the number of project participants increased by 2.5 times compared to last year.
