3. State grants are provided to social entrepreneurship entities, small and medium-sized business entities that are finalists of the "One Village - One Product" program on a free basis.
State grants are not granted to social entrepreneurship entities, small and medium-sized business entities that are finalists of the "One Village - One Product" program that carry out activities related to excisable products.
10. Every entrepreneur who meets the requirements of these State Grants Provisions can be a participant in the competitive selection for the purpose of issuing state grants for the implementation of business ideas for one business project in the absence of existing conditions for granting grants.
These are:
1) the entrepreneur's financing of project implementation expenses in the amount of at least 20% of the amount of the state grant, including personal movable or immovable property participating in the business project (in cash with funds);
2) creation of new jobs;
3) the presence of infrastructure in the entrepreneur's business project and (or) the presence of an investment plan providing for the creation of sufficient infrastructure for the implementation of the project are mandatory conditions of the business project for the implementation of business ideas.
11. Entrepreneurs use state grant funds for the following purposes:
1) purchase of capital equipment (including construction/renovation/reconstruction/overhaul of capital equipment), raw materials and materials necessary for production of goods or provision of services;
2) purchase of intangible assets;
3) purchase of technology;
4) purchase of rights to a complex business license (franchise);
5) research and (or) expenses related to the introduction of new technologies.
The use of state grant funds for other purposes is not allowed.
The term of the entrepreneur's business project implementation should not exceed 18 (eighteen) months from the date of signing the grant agreement. if it is not replaced by a similar/alternative tool, the entrepreneur is obliged to repay the state grant funds in full.
21. Entrepreneurs applying for a state grant attach the following scanned copies of the documents in PDF format to the application:
1) a certificate of the average number of hired workers at the time of application, confirmed by the signature of the head and the seal of the applicant (if any);
2) a document confirming that the entrepreneur has undergone training in the basics of entrepreneurship or social entrepreneurship under the "Bastau Business" project within the framework of the principles of offering non-financial measures for entrepreneurship, with an expiration date of no more than 3 (three) years copy;
3) documents confirming the availability of financing (with cash and movable/immovable property involved in the business project), including expenses for the implementation of the business project in the amount of at least 20% of the amount of the proposed state grant, a statement from the bank account on the presence of cash in the entrepreneur's current account, or documents confirming the valuation of movable and immovable property or immovable property involved in the business project property;
4) a copy of a document confirming the status of an entrepreneur as a social business entity or a small and medium-sized business entity that is a finalist of the "One village-one product" program.
