In order to identify and minimize corruption risks, conditions and causes contributing to their occurrence, in accordance with the current legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan on combating corruption, the Department of State Revenue for the Karaganda region conducted an internal analysis of corruption risks.

According to the results of the analysis, corruption risks were identified in the activities of individual divisions in the administration of property income, during verification measures of export-import currency control, as well as when encouraging civil servants.

The Working Group developed recommendations to eliminate the causes and conditions conducive to the commission of corruption offenses, assessed the identified corruption risks and compiled a Risk Map.

An analytical report dated June 09, 2026 has been prepared.

An action Plan to eliminate the identified risks and a list of positions subject to corruption risks have been approved.

The implementation of the developed recommendations and the implementation of planned activities are currently being monitored.
