According to Ertayev, the action plan for the implementation of the Concept provides for a total of 52 events, the executors of which are line ministries and local executive bodies.
The Vice Minister touched upon the work planned for each direction of the Concept.
Thus, the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Population of the Republic of Kazakhstan (hereinafter referred to as the Ministry of Emergency Situations) together with interested state bodies will develop a draft law “On Amendments and Additions to Some Laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan on the Protection of the Rights of Persons with Disabilities” in accordance with the new social and human rights model.
The draft law will be aimed at ensuring the protection of social and human rights. In accordance with the provisions of the United Nations Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities, equality and elimination of discrimination against persons with disabilities are ensured.
“As you know, from January 1, 2025, in order to improve the quality of specialized social services, licensing of all entities providing such services, regardless of their form of ownership, has been introduced.
Starting this year, new approaches to certification of social facilities have been introduced. workers in the field of social protection of the population. Training modules have been developed for the qualification levels of social workers.
