The Minister of labor and social protection of population Tamara Duissenova held a meeting on topical issues of social security and employment with the Deputy akims of oblasts and cities of Astana and Almaty.Also participating in the meeting were Director of the territorial Department of the Committee of labor, social protection and migration, heads of managements of coordination of employment and social programs of local Executive bodies and other interested parties. In particular, during the meeting discussed issues of implementation of targeted social assistance (hereinafter – TSA) new format, changing the methods of assignment of the basic pension and the formalization of activities of self-employed.According to the new TSA format, the Minister pointed to the need for strengthening the work of employment centers, including to provide logistical equipment and training. "If today the TSA is provided as monetary assistance to a person or families whose income is below 40% of the subsistence minimum, starting next year, TSA will be available to families with incomes below 50% of the subsistence minimum for each family member. However, TSA will be paid as a Uniform allowance instead of the current three types of social payments – TSA, child allowances, special state allowances. In this case, the size of the new TSA will be more than the total amount of the above three payments. Thus, TSA is not only cash, but a comprehensive measure of the way out of poverty. To ensure availability and optimization of business processes, and includes provision of Single window concept. Индустрия 4.0 элементтерін енгізу кәсіпорындардың тек бәсекеге қабілеттіліктерінің маңызды факторы ғана емес, сонымен қатар, теңізге шығу мүмкіндігі жоқтықты, ішкі шағын нарықты, білікті маман тапшылығын шешуде Қазақстанға айтарлықтай мүмкіндік ашады.  Бұл туралы бүгін ҚР Инвестициялар және даму министрі Жеңіс Қасымбек Мемлекет басшысы Н.Назарбаевтың қатысуымен өткен ҚР Үкіметіндегі кеңейтілген отырыста хабарлады.Жолдауда көрсетілгендей, өнеркәсіп өндірісінің тұрақты өсуін қамтамасыз ету үшін, Жолдауда айтылғандай төртінші өнеркәсіптік революция элементтерін жаппай енгізу керек.Бұл үшін, әлемдік жетекші компаниялармен серіктесе жұмыс істейміз. 2017 жылы жаңа экономиканың элементтерін кешенді қолдануға әзір өңдеу секторы анықталатын болады. The Ministry of labor and social protection of population of Kazakhstan in the framework of the first Forum of social workers presented the strategy of digitalization of the social sphere.According to the Minister of labor Tamara Duissenova: "Kazakhstan will create a unified database of social workers. It will contain information about the qualifications of social workers, the types of services they provide, their level of provision and outcomes. A single database will serve for the right choice of social workers recipients of social services. Social workers with a high rating will get a big salary. The development of competition among social workers will lead to the improvement of quality of provided social services."In addition, according to the Minister Duissenova, for the purposes of information industry the development of a Unified information system social and labor sphere, providing for the development of areas of "personal electronic card of a recipient of services", "Planning","service Providers", "Contracting", "Personnel" and "Monitoring". Planned the integration of the unified information system of social services with the information systems that support the reference base, and also with the information systems of Central and local government bodies.Commenting on the proposals of the Kazakh Minister, UNICEF representative in the Republic of Kazakhstanwill oksamytne said:"Each social worker history of the recipient of services in electronic form will speed up the determination of its needs, the type of services and type of service.These changes impose special demand especially for qualified social workers. Бүгінгі таңда Қазақстан Республикасы аумағында 876 техникалық байқау желісі бар (572 стационарлық, 304 ұтқыр) 524 техникалық байқау орталықтарының жұмысы ұйымдастырылған.2016 жылдың қорытындысы бойынша міндетті техникалық қарап-тексеруге 2 556 958 автокөлік құралы (бұдан әрі – АКҚ) ұсынылған, оның ішінде 2 311 136 АКҚ техникалық байқаудан өтті деп танылған. Ақауларының болуына байланысты 245 822 АКҚ техникалық байқаудан бірден өтпеген. Бұл техникалық байқауға ұсынылған АКҚ-ның орташа 9,6 % құрайды.Анықтама үшін: 2015 жылдың сәйкес кезеңінде 2 521 014 АКҚ техбайқауға ұсынылған, оның ішінде 2 226 494 АКҚ-ы техбайқаудан өткен,294 520 АКҚ техбайқаудан өте алмаған, бұл ұсынылған АКҚ-ның орташа 11,68% құрайды.Техникалық байқаудан өте алмаған АКҚ-ның пайдалануына келесі ақаулардың негізінде тыйым салынған :- тежеуіш жүйесі бойынша – 67 633 КҚ;- рөлмен басқару бойынша – 22 941 КҚ;- сыртқы жарық беру құралдары бойынша – 118 787 КҚ;- көрініс бойынша – 19 124 КҚ;- шиналар, доңғалақтар және аспалар бойынша - 20 818 КҚ;- конструкцияның басқа элементтері бойынша  – 71 043 КҚ;- Қозғалтқыш және оның жүйелері бойынша – 18344;- рама мен шанақтың жай-күйі бойынша – 423.2016 жылы аумақтық көліктік бақылау органдарымен 146 техникалық байқау операторларына қатысты 278 тексеру өткізіліп, нәтижесінде 5 млн. 832 мың теңгені құрайтын 222 әкімшілік хаттамасы толтырылды. 2017 жылдың 25 қаңтар Техникалық реттеу және метрология Комитетінің Алматы облысы бойынша департаменті, «ҚазСтИн» РМК Алматы облысы бойынша филиалымен бірлесіп, ЕАЭО техникалық регламенттер талаптарының орындау тұрғысынан энергетика, экология және құрылыс салаларына ұсынылған стандарттарды талдау үшін дөңгелек үстел өткізді.Дөңгелек үстелге Алматы облысының Тұтынушылардың құқығын қорғау департаментінің, Экология департаменті, «Ұлт.ССО» АҚ ТФ өкілдері, сондай - ақ бизнес өкілдері қатысты. Шараның мақсаты – Еуразиялық экономикалық Одақ техникалық регламенттерінің стандарттар Тізбесіне кіретін стандарттар бойынша ақпараттарды, стандарттарды әзірлеу, қайта қарау және күшін жоюды, сондай-ақ ұсыныстар әзірлеу үшін қаралатын мәселелер бойынша Алматы облысыдағы СРБ және СЗ, өнім өндірушілер ұсынған ұсыныстарды мүдделі тараптарға жеткізу.Экология, энергетика, құрылыс салаларындағы стандарттар ЕАЭО ТР талаптарын орындау үшін стандарттар әзірлеуді, күшін жоюды және қайта қараудың талдау қорытындысы бойынша стандарттардың Тізбесі ұсынылды. Презентация «ҚазСтИн» РМК филиалының мамандарымен дайындалды.Талдыу барысында Алматы облысы бойынша экология департаментінен 3 қосымшадағы, экология саласы бойынша ұсыныс түсті: ГОСТ Р базасында әзірленген стандарттарды қайта қарамай, мемлекетаралық стандарттар әзірлеуге ұсыныс енгізу. ҚР СТ ГОСТ Р 51930-2011 , ҚР СТ ГОСТ Р 52570-2010 ,ҚР СТ ГОСТ Р 51942-2010 бұл стандарттар бензол, толуол және қорғасын автокөлік және авиациялық жанармайлар анықтау бойынша Сонымен қатар ГОСТ 305-2013 қолданыста болуына байланысты, Тізбеден ГОСТ 305-82 Дизельді отын.
