He emphasized that the changes are aimed at strengthening government accountability, institutional development, and expanding citizen participation in political processes.Participants were presented with key provisions of the draft Basic Law, including the establishment of a unicameral Parliament, the formation of "Kazakhstan Halyk Kenesi" as the highest consultative body, and the introduction of the office of Vice President. Particular attention was paid to enshrining the principles of independence, sovereignty, and territorial integrity of Kazakhstan, as well as strengthening guarantees of human rights and freedoms.Members of the Switzerland-Kazakhstan Interparliamentary Friendship Group positively assessed the ongoing reforms, noting their consistent and systemic nature.
Source : https://www.gov.kz/memleket/entities/economy/press/news/details/1174153?lang=kk

A digital module for the psychological support of newly arrived conscripts has been introduced at Military Unit 5573 of the National Guard of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan, stationed in the capital. The project is aimed at improving the initial testing of conscript servicemen. The system operates through the unit’s internal portal and is used during the first three days after recruits arrive. Twelve automated workstations connected to the local network have been equipped for this purpose. The digital portal and electronic versions of the testing methodologies were developed by conscript serviceman Private Kim Hyun-Woo under the supervision of senior officers. The automation of three testing methods has made it possible to save up to 500 working hours of specialists over six months. Now, after testing is completed, the system automatically generates a psychological profile for each serviceman, including a brief analysis and an assessment of potential risks.According to Lieutenant Colonel Zhanar Shakayeva, Head of the Psychological Support Service, this significantly simplifies the work of specialists and allows them to devote more time to personal communication with newly arrived servicemen. The system is capable of processing up to 100 individuals per day, fully covering the needs of the draft intake. The project is currently undergoing pilot testing in the capital’s unit. If its effectiveness is confirmed, the digital solution is planned to be introduced in all military units of the law-enforcement forces. Internet Fraudsters Are Becoming More Active 04.03.2026
The Crime Threat and Public Safety Risk Forecasting Center of the Committee on Legal Statistics and Special Records of the Prosecutor General’s Office warns about the increasing activity of internet fraudsters who involve citizens in financial scams using fake investment platforms, deepfake technologies, and fraudulent services promising to recover previously lost investments.Previously, criminals used phishing websites pretending to be Kazatomprom, but now cybercriminals create fake investment platforms imitating second-tier banks and large construction companies. Using deepfake technologies—such as images, videos, or voices of well-known public figures—they promote fraudulent platforms in order to obtain citizens’ money. In addition, social networks are actively advertising services that supposedly help victims recover money lost to dishonest brokers. In reality, this is another fraudulent scheme targeting people who have already lost money through investments.Stay vigilant! To protect your money, it is recommended to:do not follow suspicious links;do not share personal or banking information with third parties;verify information about investment offers distributed through social networks, messengers, and advertisements, especially when they promise high and guaranteed returns;if fraud is detected, immediately contact law enforcement authorities and inform your bank.Fraudsters exploit trust. Do not let yourself be deceived.Source : https://www.gov.kz/memleket/entities/tourism-vko/press/news/details/1175688?lang=kk
