Министерство национальной экономики РК утвердило приказ, направленный на оптимизацию управления кадровыми ресурсами в подведомственных организациях государственного сектора.Документ предусматривает сокращение вакантных штатных единиц, которые не были заняты более шести месяцев, с одновременной корректировкой фонда оплаты труда.При этом нормы не распространяются на должности первых руководителей, сезонных работников, уникальные производственные и узкоспециализированные профессии, такие как специалисты по ядерной физике, высокотехнологичному оборудованию или редким инженерным направлениям, без которых невозможно функционирование организаций, а также на случаи сохранения рабочих мест в соответствии с трудовым законодательством.В рамках изменений установлен порядок внесения корректировок в планы развития организаций. При выявлении длительных вакансий исполнительный орган обязан представить уточненный план развития с обоснованием предлагаемых изменений, включая сведения о сокращении вакантных единиц и фонда оплаты труда. The Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan has approved Rules allowing micro and small business entities to have penalties and fines written off, provided they repay the principal amount of their tax arrears 18.02.2026
The document was registered with the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan on February 13, 2026 (No. 37975).This measure was adopted to reduce the financial burden on entrepreneurs and to enable them to settle their debts without additional sanctions.If an entrepreneur fully repays the amount of tax arrears (principal tax debt) outstanding as of January 1, 2026, during the period from January 1 to March 31, 2026, then:- All accrued penalties (including those accrued up to the date of full repayment) will be written off;- Fines imposed on the taxes and other mandatory budget payments for which the debt has been repaid will be written off;- Fines for turnover carried out before January 1, 2026, during the period of failure to register for VAT may also be written off (provided that no enforced collection measures were applied as of January 1, 2026).To take advantage of this opportunity, the principal amount of the debt must be paid in full by March 31, 2026.After that, the write-off will be carried out based on the review of personal accounts by special commissions under the state revenue authorities.The adopted Rules allow entrepreneurs to close old debts without additional financial losses, reduce their debt burden, and continue operating without the risk of further penalties being accrued.This is an opportunity for businesses to regularize their outstanding liabilities and continue their activities without accumulated fines and penalties.Full text of the regulatory legal act is available at: https://zan.gov.kz/client/#!/doc/222079/rusSource : https://www.gov.kz/memleket/entities/kgd-vko/press/news/details/1163865?lang=kk

The Draft of new Constitution of Kazakhstan was presented in the Parliament of North Macedonia 18.02.2026

Astana, February 17, 2026 – The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan hosted the fifth round of political consultations between the foreign ministries of Kazakhstan and Sweden.The Kazakh delegation was headed by Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan Arman Issetov, while the Swedish delegation was led by the Director-General for Political Affairs of the Ministry for Foreign Affairs of Sweden Torbjörn Sohlström.During the consultations, the parties held a substantive exchange on current issues of bilateral cooperation, including the further development of political dialogue, the expansion of trade, economic and investment ties, as well as the strengthening of cultural and humanitarian cooperation.The sides reaffirmed their interest in deepening Kazakhstan’s partnership with the European Union, including through the effective implementation of the Enhanced Partnership and Cooperation Agreement between the Republic of Kazakhstan and the EU. A festive evening was held on the occasion of the 120th anniversary of the Tatar poet Musa Jalel 17.02.2026
A literary evening dedicated to the 120th anniversary of the birth of the outstanding Tatar poet Musa Zhalel was held in the Pushkin City Universal Library in Shymkent. The event was jointly organized by the library staff and the Tatar-Bashkir ethnocultural association. During the evening, the poet's life and work were widely publicized. Informative stories were told about the fate and heroism of the courageous poet, who was captured by the Nazis during the Great Patriotic War. Schoolchildren recited the poet's poems, inspiring the audience. In addition, a book exhibition was presented to the visitors, revealing the life and work of Musa Zhalel.
