В него включен 1431 субъект социального предпринимательства, тогда как по итогам 2024 года в реестре числилось 835 предприятий.Согласно Реестру, наибольшее число социальных предпринимателей сосредоточено в городах Астана и Алматы, а также в Западно-Казахстанской, Алматинской областях и области Абай.По видам деятельности около 60% социальных предпринимателей работают в сфере образования, 20% - в сфере оказания социальных услуг, еще 10% - в сфере здравоохранения, 10% - прочие.Формирование и ведение Реестра осуществляется на основании сведений, представляемых местными исполнительными органами областей, городов республиканского значения и столицы. Предварительно заявки рассматриваются специальной комиссией.Основной задачей комиссии является выработка рекомендаций по включению в Реестр индивидуальных предпринимателей и юридических лиц (за исключением субъектов крупного предпринимательства), осуществляющих деятельность в сфере социального предпринимательства.В соответствии с действующим законодательством Реестр утверждается Министерством ежегодно до 1 марта текущего года по состоянию на 31 декабря предыдущего календарного года.Напомним, законодательная основа для функционирования социального предпринимательства в Казахстане была сформирована в 2021 году.
