30 мая в рамках Международного форума Астана заместитель Премьер-министра – министр национальной экономики Республики Казахстан Серик Жумангарин провел встречу с первым заместителем Председателя Кабинета министров Кыргызской Республики Данияром Амангельдиевым. Серик Жумангарин тепло приветствовал кыргызского коллегу, отметив, что  Казахстан и Кыргызстан – это не только добрые соседи, но и надёжные союзники. Для достижения цели в $3 млрд необходимы эффективные меры по расширению номенклатуры товаров и активизации B2B контактов. Участники встречи обсудили нюансы проекта дорожной карты по наращиванию объемов взаимной торговли. Серик Жумангарин отметил, что Казахстан готов увеличить экспорт по 195 товарным позициям на сумму свыше 260 млн долларов США, включая продукцию нефтехимии, пищевой промышленности, металлургии и других отраслей.Особое внимание уделено сельскому хозяйству, доля которого составляет 20% во взаимной торговле двух стран и  активно растет: за 1 квартал этого года  товарооборот продукцией АПК вырос на 40,7%. Казахстан нацелен на наращивание экспорта зерновых и масличных культур, включая 3,4 тыс. тонн зерна и 10,9 тыс. тонн муки в первом квартале 2025 года. Серик Жумангарин отметил, что предложение кыргызской стороны о создании зеленого коридора для экспорта своей сельскохозяйственной продукции в Казахстан, озвученное на официальной встрече в Астане в апреле,  решен положительно. Казахстан готов организовать беспрепятственный пропуск на границе кыргызским ранним овощам и фруктам.   Ключевым проектом двустороннего сотрудничества является создание Индустриального торгово-логистического комплекса (ИТЛК) на границе КПП «Карасу» – «Ак-Тилек». В настоящее время обе стороны уже выделили земельные участки под строительство ИТЛК (Казахстан – 50 га, Кыргызстан – 40 га), определен инвестор,  ведется разработка генерального плана и технико-экономического обоснования. В Казахстане создана региональная индустриальная зона «ИТЛК «Алатау» под управлением ТОО «Romsey Holdings KZ», с ожидаемыми инвестициями в $200 млн. Этот проект позволит создать целый комплекс производственных мощностей по переработке сельхозпродукции, созданию товаров народного потребления и строительных материалов, сервисных услуг и транспортной логистики.В 2025 году на базе Ошского государственного университета появится филиал Евразийского национального университета им. Л.Н. Гумилёва. Это продолжение успешного опыта Бишкекского филиала КазНУ им. Аль-Фараби, где обучаются более 800 студентов с 2022 года. В вузах Казахстана обучаются 556 кыргызских студентов, около 200 казахстанцев учатся в Кыргызстане.    Kassym-Jomart Kemelovich Tokayev, the head of state, places the support of youth and the creation of conditions for quality education as the main priority. Therefore, ensuring access to quality education is our main task. Systematic work is underway in this area.   Over the past two years, 22 new schools have been built in our region, thousands of students have been given the opportunity to study in accordance with modern requirements.   In particular, 16 schools were built and put into operation in 2023, and 6 schools in 2024. In addition, 24 schools were overhauled, 230 modern classrooms were purchased for the amount of 2.7 billion tenge.   This year, 8 out of 15 new schools are under construction in the region, the remaining 7 will be built in the near future.   This initiative is an important step towards solving the problem of three-shift education and lack of places in schools.   Over the past 2 years, furniture for 101 schools worth 814 million tenge and 54 school buses worth 2.7 billion tenge have been purchased in schools to modernize the material and technical base, 480 million tenge has been allocated to ensure the safety of students.   These investments in education are a solid foundation for the future. the Department) conducted an internal analysis of risks of corruption in the activities of the structural divisions of the Department based on the order of the head of the SRD of EKR dated 14.03.2025 No. 71.In accordance with the model rules, the internal analysis of risks of corruption of the Department was carried out in the following areas:Identification of corruption risks in regulatory legal acts affecting of the SRD of EKR.Identification of corruption risks in organizational and administrative activities of the Department and its territorial divisions.Regulatory legal acts affecting the activities of the division identify discretionary powers and standards facilitating the commission of corruption offences.Internal analysis of corruption risks was conducted in the period from 01.05.2024 to 01.05.2025.The analysis of corruption risks was conducted by the working group, while independent experts (specialists) were not involved.Identification of corruption risks in the organizational and administrative activities of the Department and its territorial divisions was carried out on the following topics:1)human resource management, including identification of positions subject to corruption risks;2)resolving conflicts of interest;3)provision of public services;4)regulatory powers;5)oversight and auditing functions;6)development and distribution of budgetary and financial resources;7)signing of contracts with individuals and legal entities;8)development and operation of information systems;9)other issues arising from the organizational and administrative activities of the object of analysis.II.Descriptive part 1.Human resource management, including identification of positions subject to corruption risksThe internal analysis of organizational and administrative activities showed that human resource management in the SRD of EKR and its territorial divisions is carried out in accordance with the current legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan: Labor Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Public Service in the Republic of Kazakhstan", "On Combating Corruption", as well as other laws and subordinate regulatory legal acts.The total staff of the state revenue bodies of the region as of 01.05.2025 is 495 persons (the actual number is 464 persons), including Department's - 257 persons (the actual number is 244 persons), territorial state revenue bodies - 238 persons (the actual number is 220 persons).For the period from May 01, 2024 to May 01, 2025, 92 people have changed in the state revenue bodies of the region (in the Department – 40 people, territory -
