Service available on eGov Mobile to check personal data leaks 09.05.2025
Nearly 53% of respondents admitted that they do not know whom to contact if their personal data has been compromised. Such data was revealed by a recent online survey in the eGov Mobile application, in which more than 50,000 people took part. Only 18% of respondents confidently stated that they know how to act in case of a leak.More than 62% have no idea what a phishing link is - this is one of the main tools used by online fraudsters. Only one in five know how to differentiate between phishing and real websites.Despite this, 92% say they do not send SMS codes to "bank staff", but 8% could still make a mistake. 31% of users never change their passwords and 51% only do so if they have a problem. More than half of respondents have received suspicious messages. The results of the survey highlight once again that despite the fact that many people have experienced scams online, the majority of people are still not digitally literate and do not know how to protect their data. This highlights the need to introduce services such as Nomad Guard. The Nomad Guard service allows you to check both specific links and websites that the user frequently works with. Simply enter the link or website address in the appropriate field and click the 'Check' button. Check results can take some time, so to track their status, go to the 'My Checks' tab where you can see the final result. The homepage of the service displays information about the websites from which the data was leaked, as well as the amount of data leaked. A click on the amount of data displays a detailed list of leaks. There is also a 'Fraud' tab where users can report suspicious activity using a dedicated form.To get the service, the user needs to:log in to the eGov Mobile app and go to the "Other services" section;click "Check" button;enter the link and click "Submit";see the application status in the "My checks" section.Users can also find additional information in the 'More' section and access the 'News', 'Training' and 'Tests' sections. The new service was implemented thanks to the cooperation of the Public Services Committee of the Ministry of Digital Development, Innovations and Aerospace Industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan, National Information Technologies JSC and Center for Analysis and Investigation of Cyber Attacks.Source : https://www.gov.kz/memleket/entities/aktobe-irgiz/press/news/details/990193?lang=kk
To the attention of participants in foreign economic activity IP "Keden" – transparent, efficient and managed customs 09.05.2025
The main purpose of creating the Keden information system is the modernization and digitalization of customs declaration and administration processes. The introduction of the Keden IP will simplify customs procedures, increase transparency, speed up cargo clearance and strengthen control over the movement of goods. The system uses tools to conveniently and quickly fill out declarations by participants in foreign economic activity (FEA) and monitor all stages of customs clearance. The interaction of the customs authority and the participants of foreign economic activity is carried out through the IP "Keden", thereby eliminating the human factor and reducing direct interaction. The new system supports the "one-stop shop" principle for interaction with government agencies, which greatly simplifies and speeds up the registration process. Users will have access to a user-friendly interface with navigation through declaration graphs, format and logic control, auto-completion of fields and built-in prompts. At the Keden IP, customs control processes have been strengthened, and the system automatically records all violations. For reference: In April 2024, the possibility of electronic customs declaration of express cargoes via PTDEG and DTEG was implemented. In September 2024, the accounting module for goods for personal use transported by individuals through the Khorgos ICBC was launched. In November 2024, modules on preliminary customs operations, transit declaration, temporary storage, risk management system, registration of certificates of payment of customs duties and taxes, customs inspection, registration of non-residents were launched. From January to April 2025, modules on the customs declaration for a vehicle, 9 state services in the field of customs regulation (inclusion in the registers of customs representatives, customs carriers, duty-free shops, temporary storage facilities, authorized economic operators, intellectual property objects) were launched. The passenger customs declaration module was also launched in April 2025. In the course of its activities, the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Kazakhstan has reviewed a number of petitions from citizens with disabilities and issued rulings aimed at ensuring the supremacy of constitutional guarantees. For example, on July 26, 2024, the constitutional oversight body adopted Regulatory Resolution No. 50-NP https://www.gov.kz/memleket/entities/ksrk/documents/details/697428?lang=en, which states that persons with disabilities must be exempt from paying state fees at the stage of appealing court decisions, not only as plaintiffs but also as defendants.
