New Year is a special time filled with the anticipation of miracles, when the most heartfelt wishes find their way to fulfillment. During this magical period, acts of kindness take on special meaning. This year, the New Year fairy tale also reached the military units of the National Guard of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan.On the eve of the New Year, the Commander-in-Chief of the National Guard of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, Major General Ansagan Baltabekov, fulfilled five cherished wishes of conscript soldiers. His wish came true thanks to a gift from the Commander-in-Chief of the National Guard — Alexander was given the opportunity to take a flight on an aircraft of the National Guard aviation. The soldier’s emotions were evident from the very first seconds of takeoff: joy, excitement, and a genuine feeling of happiness accompanied him throughout the flight.But the New Year miracle did not end there. Immediately after landing, another unexpected meeting awaited Alexander — with his mother. Natalia Miroshina confessed that on that day not only her son’s dream came true, but her own as well — to see her child. A true gift that many families dream of during the New Year.Another soldier — serviceman of military unit 5571 in the city of Almaty, Raiymbek Bakytbek — dreamed of seeing how chocolate products are made. This New Year gift from the Commander-in-Chief of the National Guard resembled a sweet surprise from Father Frost’s sack. His wish touched everyone without exception. The soldier dreamed of receiving a mug with a photograph of his family. During his working trip to Shymkent, First Deputy Akim of Mangystau Oblast, Askhat Oralov, met with Mangystau students studying at the Uzbekali Zhanibekov South Kazakhstan Pedagogical University and their parents. During the meeting, the students' educational process, social and living conditions were presented, and suggestions and opinions of parents and young people were listened to. Among them are young people who came to Shymkent for the first time. The university has created comfortable dormitories for students, experienced teaching staff, and full conditions for social adaptation. Alibek Nurtayev, Chairman of the Board of the Uzbekali Zhanibekov OKPU - Acting Rector, said in his speech: "We believe that these students will return to the Mangystau region in the future and become qualified specialists who will contribute to the development of the region. In Shymkent, a new 110/35/10 kV, 40 MVA "Akzhar" electrical substation was opened in the "Kursai" residential complex. City Mayor Gabit Syzdykbekov attended the event. It should be noted that the substation equipment has successfully passed all technical inspections and tests. Load transfer is scheduled for early 2026, following the completion of the installation of the third autotransformer at the 220/110/6 kV Kazygur substation, which will ensure the full connection of Akzhar to the city's power grid. В мероприятии принял участие аким города Габит Сыздыкбеков. Отметим, что оборудование подстанции успешно прошло все технические проверки и испытания. В начале 2026 года, после установки третьего автотрансформатора на подстанции 220/110/6 кВ «Казыгурт», будет произведена полная нагрузка и подстанция «Акжар» будет полноценно подключена к энергосистеме города. Ввод подстанции позволит подключить абонентов в жилом массиве Кюркай к новой электрической сети, расширить предпринимательскую деятельность и увеличить производственные мощности предприятий индустриальной зоны «торгово-логистический центр». In Kostanay region, work on the development of road infrastructure has significantly intensified in recent years.In 2025, the budget of the road industry is 103 billion tenge. This is 2.6 times more than in 2022. Thus, in 2022, 39.7 billion tenge was allocated for this area, in 2023 — 59.7 billion tenge, and in 2024 — 73.8 billion tenge.The increase in funding has made it possible to comprehensively modernize the region's road network. In 2025 alone, 1,300 kilometers of highways were repaired. This is 4.6 times more than in 2022, when only 280 kilometers were restored. This year, the scale of road works has increased significantly.Repairs covered not only highways and roads of regional importance, but also intra-village streets. In 2025, 253 street sections in 50 localities were renovated, as well as more than 400 streets in 103 localities.
