Kazakhstan Calls for the Resumption of Dialogue Among Nuclear Powers 11.11.2025
10 November 2025, Vienna – Kazakhstan delegation took part in the 65th session of the Preparatory Commission for the Comprehensive Nuclear-Test-Ban Treaty (CTBT).The Permanent Representative of the Republic of Kazakhstan to the International Organizations in Vienna Mukhtar Tileuberdi, in his statement, expressed concern over the growing militaristic rhetoric and signs of a possible resumption of nuclear testing amid rising global geopolitical tensions. The Ambassador emphasized that Kazakhstan, as a consistent advocate for peace and a world free of nuclear weapons, views any steps toward the renewal of nuclear testing as a serious threat to international stability and a potential trigger for a new arms race.In this context, the Kazakh Ambassador recalled the call made by President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev during the 80th session of the UN General Assembly to promptly resume high-level dialogue among nuclear-weapon states. Kazakhstan expressed its readiness to assist in organizing and facilitating such negotiations.As a country that has directly suffered from nuclear testing, Kazakhstan consistently advocates for victims assistance and environmental remediation. At the initiative of the Afghan side, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan Yermek Kosherbayev held a telephone conversation with Minister of Foreign Affairs of Afghanistan Amir Khan Muttaqi. During the conversation, Minister Kosherbayev expressed condolences to the Afghan people over the recent devastating earthquakes and announced Kazakhstan’s plans to send a humanitarian mission to Kabul in the near future. Poetry, Philosophy and Unity: An Evening in The Hague Dedicated to the Great Abai 10.11.2025
The Hague, November 7, 2025 – A Cultural Evening dedicated to the 180th anniversary of Abai Kunanbaiuly was held at the Embassy of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the Kingdom of the Netherlands with the active support of members of the Kazakh community in the country. The event was symbolically timed to coincide with important milestones in Kazakhstan’s national history – Republic Day and the 35th anniversary of the Declaration of State Sovereignty, which marked the beginning of Kazakhstan’s path to independence. Indeed, the ideas of national development and prosperity formed the foundation of the creative legacy of the great son of the Kazakh nation, while the specific initiatives outlined in the recent Address of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan Kassym-Jomart Tokayev resonate deeply with Abai’s spiritual heritage.In this modern Address to the Nation, special emphasis was placed on strengthening the moral foundations of society, developing human capital, and advancing education – the very ideals to which the poet devoted his life. Abai called for justice, hard work, honesty, and the pursuit of knowledge, seeing in these values the basis for the spiritual growth and well-being of the nation. These timeless precepts remain relevant today, serving as a moral compass for Kazakhstani society.The lecture dedicated to Abai’s life and creative path was delivered by the evening’s guest of honour, Dr. Zifa-Alua Muratovna Auezova, Doctor of Historical Sciences, cultural scholar, and granddaughter of the outstanding writer Mukhtar Auezov. In her address, she revealed the philosophical world of the great thinker, his views on the individual, society, and moral values, which sparked great interest and a profound emotional response among the audience. The creative part of the evening featured melodies of the Great Steppe performed on the dombra, as well as songs and poems by Abai, performed and recited by participants. Attendees also shared their reflections on the significance of Abai’s works in the modern world.The organizers expressed their gratitude to Zifa-Alua Auezova for her inspiring lecture, as well as to the united Kazakh community for their active participation and contribution to the preparation of this remarkable event. По предварительным данным Бюро национальной статистики, за январь-октябрь 2025 года валовой внутренний продукт Казахстана увеличился на 6,4% по сравнению с аналогичным периодом прошлого года.Производство товаров выросло на 8,2%, производство услуг – на 5,3%.Наибольший вклад в рост ВВП внесла промышленность (рост на 7,3%), обеспечив более 30% общего прироста. В совокупности с торговлей и транспортом эти отрасли сформировали свыше 70% прироста.В обрабатывающей промышленности рост составил 5,8%, что обусловлено увеличением выпуска продукции по отдельным направлениям:машиностроение — на 11,5%, в т.ч. автомобилестроение – на 13,3%химическая промышленность — на 10,9%продукты питания — на 9,1%нефтепереработка — на 6,3%металлические изделия – 14,1%строительные материалы – 5,3%В строительной отрасли рост обеспечен реализацией крупных инфраструктурных проектов. Рост объема строительных работ составил 15,1% против 14,9%, в январе–сентябре 2025 года.Сельское хозяйство вошло в фазу сезонного роста. Объем валового выпуска в отрасли увеличился на 5,4%, ускорившись на 1,0 п.п. по сравнению с январем-сентябрем. В растениеводстве рост достиг 6,7%, в животноводстве — 3,4%. Прирост валовой продукции обеспечен мерами государственной поддержки, соблюдением агротехнологий, благоприятными погодными условиями во время уборки. В ряде регионов, включая Акмолинскую (+13,6%), Костанайскую (+14,9%) и Павлодарскую (+7,4%) области, зафиксирован рост урожайности зерновых культур. Производство молока увеличилось на 5,2%, мяса — на 2,8%, яиц — на 1,4%.В торговле наблюдается рост на уровне 9%. Рост темпов отмечен на предприятиях оптовой торговли, доля которых в общем объеме отрасли составляет 66,5%. Увеличение оборотов отмечено в Павлодарской, Атырауской областях и городе Астане.Сохраняются высокие темпы роста в отрасли транспорта. Guardsman Arman Turymbetov Wins Bronze at the 50th Anniversary World Sambo Championship 10.11.2025
From November 7 to 10, 2025, the capital of Kyrgyzstan — Bishkek — is hosting the 50th Anniversary World Sambo Championship in sport and combat sambo.The tournament has brought together more than 650 athletes from 70 countries, who are competing for 31 sets of medals in sport sambo, combat sambo, and sambo for visually impaired athletes.In the individual competition, Private Arman Turymbetov, representing military unit 6655 of the National Guard of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan, performed with distinction. В КУРСАЕ ПРОВОДЯТСЯ РАБОТЫ ПО УСТАНОВКЕ ИНЖЕНЕРНОЙ ИНФРАСТРУКТУРЫ 10.11.2025
В КУРСАЕ ПРОВОДЯТСЯ РАБОТЫ ПО УСТАНОВКЕ ИНЖЕНЕРНОЙ ИНФРАСТРУКТУРЫВ жилом массиве Жаңақұрылыс микрорайона Құрсай города Шымкента активно ведутся работы по строительству инженерной инфраструктуры. В рамках проекта в данный район прокладываются линии электроснабжения. Подрядная организация АО «Электромонтаж» на сегодняшний день выполнила строительство 22 километров высоковольтных (10 кВ) кабельных линий и 38 километров низковольтных (0,4 кВ) воздушных линий. Кроме того, построен один электрический распределительный пункт и пять трансформаторных подстанций. Согласно плану, все работы будут полностью завершены до конца текущего года. В результате около 400 домов, расположенных в жилом массиве Жаңақұрылыс, будут обеспечены стабильным и качественным электроснабжением.
