Результатом реализации Комплексного плана должно стать устойчивое повышение благосостояния граждан. The 82nd meeting of the Council of Heads of Customs Services of the CIS Countries was held in the Akmola Region 02.07.2026
 On June 11, 2026, the 82nd meeting of the Council of Heads of Customs Services of the Member States of the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS) was held in Burabay.      The Council is a key intergovernmental coordinating body that ensures the development of coordinated approaches to the development of customs administration, the improvement of customs control, and the strengthening of economic cooperation within the CIS.     The meeting was attended by heads and representatives of the customs services of the CIS member states.     During the meeting, a wide range of issues were discussed, aimed at further developing trade and economic ties, improving the efficiency of customs administration, streamlining transit operations, and implementing modern digital solutions in the work of customs authorities.     Following the meeting, decisions were made in the following areas:     - sharing best practices on the implementation of cutting-edge information technologies, process automation, and the use of inspection and screening systems and X-ray image analysis technologies;    - exchange of information in mutual trade, improving the efficiency of data exchange on the customs value of goods, creating mechanisms for the registration and identification of participants in foreign economic activity, as well as a Memorandum on the simplification of transit shipments;    - regulations governing the work of law enforcement units within customs services, the exchange of information on persons involved in offenses, as well as issues related to the functioning of the Center for Customs Expertise and Research;    - updating the CIS’s international legal framework in the customs sphere, including the revision and termination of certain agreements and protocols that have lost their practical relevance.      In addition, the meeting participants discussed the coordination of CIS member states’ positions within the World Customs Organization, as well as events marking the upcoming 35th anniversary of the Commonwealth of Independent States.    Speaking at the meeting, Zhandos Duisembiev, Chairman of the State Revenue Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan, noted that the format of the Council of Heads of Customs Services of the CIS remains an effective platform for developing joint solutions and strengthening practical cooperation between the customs administrations of the Commonwealth’s member states. Source : https://www.gov.kz/memleket/entities/kgd-akmola/press/news/details/1240194?lang=ru

Стороны обсудили вопросы привлечения международных ИТ-лидеров к цифровизации агропромышленного комплекса Казахстана, внедрения искусственного интеллекта для повышения урожайности, а также совместную разработку Дорожной карты цифровой трансформации сектора.Канадская сторона представила структуру своей цифровой экосистемы, которая развивается по модели data-centric (ориентированность на данные) и разделена на три ключевые вертикали: растениеводство, животноводство и потребительские товары. Руководство TELUS Agriculture выразило готовность запустить в Акмолинской области пилотный проект по внедрению ИИ и специализированного софта для контроля фертильности почв, защиты растений и точного подбора культур.Согласно данным компании, внедрение аналогичного цифрового комплекса на крупной откормочной площадке в Небраске на 200 тысяч голов КРС позволило увеличить средний привес животных до 60 граммов на килограмм корма (рост общих показателей на 70%), существенно сократив площади откормочных площадок и объемы использования зерна.По итогам встречи стороны достигли договоренности о детальной проработке пилотного проекта в Акмолинской области совместно с Министерством сельского хозяйства. Научно-аналитическим и образовательным базисом для проведения исследований и внедрения новых технологических протоколов предложено определить Национальный аграрный научно-образовательный центр (НАНОЦ) МСХ РК. Strasbourg, 10 June 2026 – A briefing entitled “Digital Kazakhstan” was held at the headquarters of the Council of Europe, highlighting Kazakhstan’s achievements in digital governance, artificial intelligence development, and digital infrastructure.The event brought together Vice-Minister of Artificial Intelligence and Digital Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan Mr. Doszhan Mussaliyev, Director for Security, Integrity and Rule of Law of the Council of Europe Ms. Hanne Juncker, as well as representatives of Council of Europe member states, international organizations, the expert community, and the diplomatic corps.The Consul General Ms. Anel Bakytbekkyzy mentioned, that digitalization has become one of the defining drivers of economic growth, public sector efficiency and social development worldwide. At the same time, it raises important questions related to governance, security, transparency and the protection of fundamental rights.During the briefing, the Kazakh side presented the key outcomes of the country’s efforts to modernize public administration through digital technologies, advance e-government services, and promote the adoption of artificial intelligence solutions.It was noted that Kazakhstan has been consistently pursuing a strategy aimed at building a modern digital ecosystem designed to enhance the efficiency of public institutions, improve the quality of public services, and increase citizens’ well-being.Particular attention was given to the development of the national artificial intelligence ecosystem. Kazakhstan is establishing its own computing infrastructure, including the Alem.Cloud and Al-Farabium supercomputing clusters, while also developing domestic large language models such as KazLLM, Sherkala, and AlemLLM. The 54th meeting of the Joint Board of Customs Services of the EAEU Member States was held in the Akmola Region 02.07.2026
On June 11, 2026, the 54th meeting of the Joint Board of Customs Services of the Member States of the Eurasian Economic Union (JBCS)—the key coordinating body responsible for the practical implementation of a unified customs policy within the EAEU—was held in Burabai.       The meeting took place in the context of implementing the decisions adopted by the heads of state at the meeting of the Supreme Eurasian Economic Council on May 29, 2026, which lent particular relevance to the issues under discussion.      The meeting was attended by heads of customs services and representatives of delegations from EAEU member states.      The main focus was on issues related to the further development of integration processes, the digital transformation of customs administration, the removal of barriers to mutual trade, and the development of modern logistics solutions within the Union. More than 13,000 illegally imported chicken eggs were found at an Almaty market 02.07.2026
The territorial inspection of the Committee for Veterinary Control and Supervision of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan for the city of Almaty, together with the Department of Trade and Consumer Rights Protection and the Union of Poultry Farmers of Kazakhstan, conducted another raid at city trade facilities to ensure veterinary safety.During an inspection of the "Barys-IV" market, inspection specialists discovered chicken eggs being sold without veterinary accompanying documents, proper labeling, and special packaging. A total of 13,680 eggs were removed from illegal circulation.In accordance with the Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan on Administrative Offenses, relevant protocols were drawn up. Fines totaling 1,297,500 tenge were imposed on the guilty persons.In accordance with the Rules for the Destruction of Food Products Posing a Threat to Human and Animal Health, as well as the Environment (Government Resolution of the Republic of Kazakhstan No. 140), on June 10, 2026, the seized 13,680 eggs were transported to the city cattle burial ground and placed in a "Becker pit," where they were preserved using a biothermal method.Following the identification of violations, explanatory work was conducted with the heads of wholesale and retail trade organizations regarding compliance with veterinary and sanitary requirements. Today, a delegation from the region, led by the head of the region Murat Ergeshbayev, went on a working trip to the city of Astana, where they familiarized themselves with the work of the recently opened international artificial intelligence center "Alem AI".The General Director of the international technopark "Astana Hub", Magzhan Madiev, presented the main directions and infrastructure of the center. The term of customs transit 02.07.2026
