To do this, the scammers allegedly help to book a queue online and ask you to dictate the code that comes in the SMS. In fact, this code is a confirmation of a banking transaction, and by communicating it, the person himself opens access to his accounts. A three-day training workshop titled "Women ICT Frontier Initiative (WIFI) DX" has concluded in Almaty. The event was organized by the Ministry of Digital Development, Innovations and Aerospace Industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan in collaboration with the Asian and Pacific Training Centre for ICT for Development (APCICT), Women in Tech Kazakhstan, She Business Community, Women in Business, and Bank CenterCredit through the Business Aru program.The program trains women entrepreneurs in digital skills for the implementation of technology, automation, and other digital processes in their businesses. As part of ensuring law and order in the field of housing and communal services, as well as as part of the implementation of the Anti-Corruption Volunteerism project, public monitoring of the condition of the roadway was carried out in the city of Ust-Kamenogorsk. The monitoring covered a section of the road along the passage from Pogranichnaya Street to Nazarbayev Avenue, 93. The monitoring was initiated by anti-corruption volunteer Pshenov Adil. As a result of the on-site inspection, significant damage to the road surface was recorded, which causes concern on the part of the townspeople and an active discussion in the public space. Following the monitoring results, A. Pshenov sent an official appeal to the authorized body — the Housing and Communal Services department of the Akimat of Ust-Kamenogorsk. The letter indicates the need for repair work on the specified site due to its unsatisfactory condition. In addition, the appeal contains an instruction to carry out repairs under warranty on another problematic site — from Nazarbayev Avenue to Bazhov Street. According to the current regulations, the work performed earlier by the contractor is subject to the elimination of defects within the framework of the warranty obligation.        In honor of the 80th anniversary of the victory in the Great Patriotic War, a digital interactive platform “Batyrlarga tagzym” was launched, which included the names of more than 100 thousand heroes who went to the front from the Turkestan region. Along with the names of the heroes, archival photos and documents are presented on the platform in digital format.       Currently, work is underway to replenish the platform's data through integration with Russian state databases.       To use the platform, three interactive LED screens were installed in the Victory Park. A special exhibition on the central square dedicated to the 80th anniversary of Victory left no one indifferent.On the eve of May 9 — Victory Day — the Zhetysu Regional Museum of History and Local Lore named after Mukhamedzhan Tynyshbaev organized a traveling exhibition on the Central Square that stirred deep emotions among the public.The exhibition featured wartime relics — silent witnesses of the brutal front lines — from the museum’s collection, the  collection of regional Police Department, and the Taldykorgan Military-Technical School. On April 24-25, 2025, a familiarization visit of the delegation of the Republic of Tajikistan (hereinafter referred to as RT) to the Unified Accumulative Pension Fund took place. The event was held with the assistance of the World Bank.The delegation included representatives of the Agency for Social Insurance and Pensions under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan (ASIP), the Agency for Innovation and Digital Technologies under the President of the Republic of Tajikistan (AICT), the Implementation Group for the Modernization of Social Protection and Economic Integration Project under the Ministry of Health and Social Protection of the Population of the Republic of Tajikistan (IGP). He noted the importance of introducing digital technologies into all spheres of life and especially in the field of pension and social security, emphasizing that this is one of the priority strategic tasks in Tajikistan at present.During the seminar, the head of the ASIP Department in Dushanbe, Usmonali Sirodjov, spoke about the social and pension security system of the Republic of Tajikistan. Currently, the retirement age in Tajikistan for men is 63, for women - 58 years. Pension benefits are calculated for 180 months (15 years), which corresponds to the average life expectancy in the country. Insurance and State pensions are assigned by age, disability and loss of a breadwinner. The insurance pension consists of pension contributions paid by policyholders for insured persons (25% of the salaries of employees of state institutions and 20% - employees of non-state institutions). The founder and shareholder of the UAPF is the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan represented by the State Institution Committee of State Property and Privatization of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Trust management of UAPF pension assets is carried out by the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan. In accordance with the pension legislation, the UAPF attracts compulsory pension contributions, employer’s compulsory pension contributions, compulsory occupational pension contributions, voluntary pension contributions, as well as carries out enrollment and accounting of voluntary pension contributions formed at the expense of the unclaimed amount of guaranteed compensation for the guaranteed deposit, transferred by the organization carrying out mandatory guarantee of deposits, in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On mandatory guarantee of deposits placed in second-tier banks of the Republic of Kazakhstan", ensures the implementation of pension benefits. As of May 1, 2025, since February 1, 2024, 97,615 applications have been executed (transferred to authorized operators for crediting to applicants' bank accounts) for an amount of over USD 11.49 million. Of these, 56,937 applications for an amount of over USD 6.70 million have been executed for the purpose of improving housing conditions, and 40,678 applications for an amount of approximately USD 4.79 million have been executed for paying for education. Let us remind you that the recipient of target savings (TS) has the right to use the entire amount or part of it, the remainder of the unused amount remains in the target savings account (TSA).The most popular sub-goals for using funds to improve housing were: replenishment of a contribution to housing construction savings for further accumulation (55,539 applications were completed for a total of approximately 6.55 million US dollars), making a down payment to obtain a mortgage loan for the purchase of housing - 442 applications for a total of approximately 49.94 thousand US dollars, and the purchase of housing in civil transactions (final settlement) - 370 applications for a total of more than 38.57 thousand US dollars.The most popular sub-goals in terms of paying for education were: payment for educational services of educational organizations located in the Republic of Kazakhstan, in installments (for each academic period or academic year) or in full at one time (for the entire period of study) (35,617 applications were completed for a total of approximately 4.24 million US dollars), replenishment of an educational savings deposit under an agreement on an educational savings deposit (3,789 applications were completed for a total of over 412.21 thousand US dollars), payment for educational services of foreign educational organizations in installments (for each academic period or academic year) or in full at one time (for the entire period of study) (1,067 applications were completed for a total of over 114.96 thousand US dollars). Detailed information on payments of targeted savings for the purpose of improving housing conditions and (or) paying for education by authorized operators and regions can be found on the website enpf.kz.Let us remind you that according to the program "National Fund for Children", 50% of the investment income of the National Fund of the Republic of Kazakhstan is distributed once a year among children who are citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan who were born in 2006 and later.
