One of the defining integral parts in the daily inspection work of the operatives of the state revenue bodies is applying technical means of customs control (hereinafter – the TMCC).  High efficiency of customs control is achieved by integrating applying the TMCC on each specific section of customs control. Today, the following TMCC have been installed at the Maykapchagai checkpoint in the region of the State Revenue Department of East Kazakhstan region: Automated control system for the delivery of goods (ACCDG) is a system for determining weight and overall characteristics of vehicles and video surveillance. Automated radiation monitoring system (ARMS «Yantar – 2P» and «Yantar – 1А») - designed for detection, localization and identification of transported radioactive and fissionable materials, hazardous waste. Electronic checkpoint (EC) – is intended for registration of vehicles entering and leaving the customs control zone at the customs post. Inspection and security screening complexes. (ISSC) - is an endoscopic inspection technique (stationary and mobile) for visual inspection of vehicles, contents of cargo holds of vehicles, containers, in large packaging without their opening, by non-intrusive (contactless) inspection. BLED (SLOVENIA), September 10, 2018 - Kazakhstan and Slovenia intend to strengthen their comprehensive cooperation and partnership, with an emphasis on economic diplomacy and global interaction. In 2022, our President K. Tokayev signed a decree "on holding meetings of heads of central executive bodies with the population." The text of the document addresses issues of further democratization of Kazakh society, raising public awareness of the reforms being carried out in the country, strengthening the responsibility and accountability of executive bodies to the public, and broad involvement of the population in the public administration process in accordance with articles 10, 17 and 21 of the Constitutional Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan." In this regard, the heads of central executive bodies (with the exception of the Ministries of Defense and Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan) were instructed to hold regular meetings with the population throughout the year, to ensure personal reception of citizens, meetings with non-profit organizations as part of meetings with the population.As part of these ambitious tasks, the Department of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Civil Service Affairs in the Kyzylorda region is still actively conducting personal receptions of citizens and meetings with the public with the participation of the head of the department.For example, in 2024, 82 individual receptions were organized, 110 residents' questions were considered. This initiative plays an important role in implementing the principle of a "listening State". On April 8, the closing ceremony of the Children's Book Week was held at the Akmola Regional Universal Scientific Library named after Magzhan Zhumabayev. Throughout the Week, various educational and creative contests and events were held for schoolchildren of our city.In total, more than 200 students were involved in the activities of the spring Week.    The opening of the week took place at secondary school No. 12. On April 7–8, 2025, Almaty hosted the launch meeting of the project “Support for the Development of Geographical Indications in Central Asia – Promotion of Previously Identified GIs”, organized by the non-profit organization Hilfswerk International in cooperation with the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO).The Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan was represented at the event by Ms. Marina Sirotina, Deputy Chairperson of the Committee of Intellectual Property Rights. Legal protection of such indications helps distinguish products with unique qualities, supports the creation of local brands, attracts investment and promotes tourism. This is particularly relevant for agricultural and artisanal goods, whose authenticity enhances their value and market appeal.The meeting also brought together participants from the Kyrgyz Republic and the Republic of Tajikistan. Since 2019, 168 multi-family residential buildings have been modernized in the city of Kostanay. As part of this program, the technical condition of buildings and their appearance have been significantly improved. According to the plan for 2025, 41 more apartment buildings are to be repaired.Major repairs will be carried out in 9 of them. As part of the overhaul, the facades of the buildings will be completely renovated, the roof will be replaced, and the balconies will be glazed with modern materials. «ТКШ Қазорталығы» АҚ Басқармасының төрағасы Нұрсұлтан Жиенбаев неміс тұрғын үй компаниялары мен жылжымайтын мүлік компаниялары федеральдық одағының (GdW) президенті Аксел Гедашкомен және «Шыңыс Еуропадағы тұрғын үй шаруашылығы» (IWO e.V.) бастамасының директоры Кнут Хёллермен кездесу өткізді. Тараптар Қазақстандағы тұрғын үй-коммуналдық шаруашылығы кешенін дамыту мақсатында өзара қарым-қатынас жасау жолдарын талқылады және ынтымақтастық туралы Меморандумға қол қойды.Меморандумға сәйкес, компаниялар тұрғын үй-коммуналдық шаруашылығының жалпы стратегиясы, тұрғын үй қорын басқару саласындағыҚР заңнамасын, энергияны үнемдеу саласындағы пилоттық жобалардыжетілдіру, энергияны үнемдеу саласындағы пилоттық жобаларды бірлесіп іске асыру, сонымен бірге ТКШ жаңғырту үшін инвестицияларды және гранттарды тарту секілді бірнеше бағыттар бойынша ынтымақтасатын болады.Нұрсұлтан Жиенбаев «ТКШ Қазорталығы» АҚ қызметінің негізгі бағыттарымен неміс әріптестерін ақпараттандырды және Қомпанияның жақын жылдарға арналған стратегиялық мақсаттары туралы айтып өтті.«Өзіміз білетіндей, Германияның, тұрғын үй қорын басқарудағы айқындықты арттыруда, тұрғын үй қорының энергетикалық санациясын жүргізуде, сондай-ақ аталған сала үшін жоғары білікті мамандар даярлауда тәжірибесі мол. Осыны ескере отырып, біз жұмысты ТКШ жаңғырту жөніндегі жалпы стратегияны даярлау, тұрғын ғимараттардың энергия тиімділігі стандарттарын, сондай-ақ ТКШ саласындағы мамандарды оқыту және біліктілігін арттыру бағдарламаларын әзірлеу сияқты бағыттар бойынша бастауды ұсынамыз.», - деп атап көрсетті ол.Қазіргі кезде, компания ТКШ секторына инновацияларды белсенді түрде енгізуде.          On April 7, 2025, as part of the interaction between the Training-Methodical Center of the State Revenue Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan (TMC SRC MF RK) and the Customs Institute of the Customs Committee under the Ministry of Economy and Finance of the Republic of Uzbekistan (CI CC MEF RU), a seminar on "Customs administration in Kazakhstan" was held. The event was held in a hybrid format — with face-to-face and online participation.        The purpose of the event is a comprehensive study of key aspects of customs administration in Kazakhstan, including the procedure for placing goods under customs procedures, storage conditions in temporary warehouses, the functioning of free customs zones, as well as the practical application of Carnet ATA.       The seminar was attended by students and teachers of the Customs Institute of the Republic of Uzbekistan (full-time), as well as employees of the territorial state revenue authorities of the Republic of Kazakhstan (in online format).      The report was delivered by Sergaziev Tanatar, First Secretary of the Embassy of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the Republic of Uzbekistan. During the presentation, key aspects of customs regulation were highlighted, including:the procedure for placing goods under certain customs procedures;storage conditions in temporary storage warehouses;activities of free customs zones;practical aspects of using Carnet ATA books.      The seminar was held in an interactive format, allowing participants to ask questions, share experiences and receive expert recommendations.      Such events contribute to strengthening academic and professional cooperation between Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan, promote the unification of approaches in the field of customs regulation and the development of educational programs in the field of customs.     The organizers expressed their gratitude to all the participants for their active involvement and high level of professional discussion.   Source : https://www.gov.kz/memleket/entities/kgd/press/news/details/972058?lang=kk

Бұл туралы ҚР Инвестициялар және даму министрі Жеңіс Қасымбек мемлекеттік-жекеменшік әріптестік мәселелеріне арналған Үкімет отырысында мәлімдеді.Оның айтуынша, қазіргі уақытта министрлік жетекшілік ететін салалар бойыншамемлекеттік-жекеменшік әріптестік механизмі арқылы 6 жоба әзірленіп, іске асырылуда.«Үлкен Алматы айналма автомобиль (ҮАААЖ) жолын салу және пайдалану» жобасы бойынша2015 жылдың қаңтарында конкурстық рәсімдер басталды. Бүгінгі таңда  тараптар келісімнің барлық негізгі шарттары бойынша өзара келісімге қол жеткізді және келіссөздер аяқталу кезеңінде. Концессия шартын желтоқсан айында бекіту жоспарлануда»,-деп атап өтті Жеңіс Қасымбек.Шарт жасасуды тездету мақсатында Министрліктің және Консорциум мен Еуропалық қайта құру және даму банкі  арасында өзара түсіністік туралы меморандумға қол қойылды. По данным управления экономики и бюджетного планирования Актюбинской области, экономика региона в последние годы демонстрирует устойчивый рост. Около 35% валового внутреннего продукта обеспечено промышленностью, которая становится основной опорой экономики региона. Кроме того, значительный вклад вносят торговля (14,1%), транспорт и складирование (7,9%), строительство (6,5%) и сельское хозяйство (4,4%).В целях диверсификации экономики особое внимание уделено развитию обрабатывающей промышленности. В этой сфере по итогам 2024 года обеспечен рост объема продукции на 10%. Благодаря таким результатам наша область вошла в пятерку ведущих регионов страны по обрабатывающей промышленности.В сфере транспорта и складирования также наблюдается положительная динамика – объем оказанных услуг по сравнению с прошлым годом увеличился на 59 млрд тенге.Также внутренний товарооборот области достиг 2,2 трлн тенге и вырос на 11% по сравнению с 2023 годом, что говорит о высокой предпринимательской активности в регионе.Source : https://www.gov.kz/memleket/entities/aktobe-karzhy/press/news/details/972021?lang=kk
