Заң бұзушылықтардың 377-сін қазақстандық тасымалдаушылар жасаса, 38-ін шет ел тасымалдаушылары жасаған. 2016 жылдың сәйкес кезеңінде өткен акцияда тексерілген 1203 автокөлік құралының 221-нен заң бұзушылық анықталған. Ал, одан бір жыл бұрын 1220 көліктің 169-ында заң бұзушылық болған. Коллектив Департамента государственных доходов по Павлодарской области глубоко скорбит в связи с безвременной кончиной ветерана органов государственных доходов Успанова Кунанбая Капезовича. Кунанбай Капезович был профессионалом своего дела, стоял у истоков создания органов государственных доходов, внес значительный вклад в развитие налоговой службы Павлодарской области. Свою трудовую деятельность в налоговых органах Кунанбай Капезович начал в далеком 1990 году. Опыт работы в районном комитете партии и комитете народного контроля позволил возглавить государственную налоговую инспекцию по Щербактинскому району. За свою трудовую деятельность он был заместителем председателя налогового комитета по городу Павлодар, руководил отделами налогового аудита, косвенных налогов, мониторинга крупных налогоплательщиков, администрирования непроизводственных платежей Налогового департамента по Павлодарской области. Все, кому посчастливилось работать с Кунанбаем Капезовичем, запомнят его как очень доброго, отзывчивого, порядочного, трудолюбивого и преданного своему делу человека. Внимательный к своим сотрудникам, воспитавший не одно поколение высокопрофессиональных специалистов-налоговиков, Кунанбай Капезович всегда протягивал руку помощи, поддерживал не только словом, но и делом, его мудрые советы были бесценны. Кунанбай Капезович был замечательным семьянином, заботливым отцом и любящим дедушкой. Коллектив Департамента выражает глубокие и искренние соболезнования родным и близким Кунанбая Капезовича. Örken East Kazakhstan Regional Scientific and Methodological Center for Informatization and Education Development of Education Administration of East Kazakhstan region hosted an unusual lesson to address the criminal responsibility of minors. The event was held in a new format, teaming up the efforts of the educators of the Center and Tatyana V. Karpova, a senior operative officer of Criminal Police Administration of Police Department of East Kazakhstan region.The lesson was organized in order to inform students about the legal bases of criminal responsibility for criminal offenses and provide real-life examples to highlight the consequences of rash acts.  Tatyana V. Karpova shared her professional experience, explaining the age of criminal responsibility in Kazakhstan (16 years old, or 14 for serious crimes), the measures applied to minors, and how the law aims to rehabilitate young offenders, not just punish them.   The organizers from the Örken Center stressed that this format — combining theoretical knowledge and practical insights from an expert — helps foster legal awareness and a sense of responsibility among young people. Astana, April 8, 2025 – Deputy Prime Minister – Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan Murat Nurtleu held a meeting with the Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation of the Republic of Sierra Leone, Timothy Musa Kabba, who arrived in Astana for his first official visit.During the conversation, the ministers discussed a wide range of issues, including political, economic and cultural-humanitarian cooperation with a focus on expanding bilateral contacts.In this context, the sides confirmed their readiness to intensify efforts to improve the legal framework and to advance the practice of mutual visits at various levels.“Despite the geographical distance, we are interested in developing cooperation based on trust and equality. Since January 13, 2025 in Kazakhstan introduced an international standard of payment message format ISO 20022, implemented by the National Bank of Kazakhstan.
