At the beginning of the 2024-2025 academic year, Abay Oblast had 32 independent technical and vocational educational organizations (hereinafter referred to as TVEs). As of December 1, 2024, pension assets in pension accounts of citizens in the Pension Fund reached 22.13 trillion tenge (an increase of 4.25 trillion tenge or 23.8% in 11 months). Over the year, pension savings increased by 4.75 trillion tenge (or 27.4%). 96.07% of the savings of Kazakhstanis were formed at the expense of the Pension Fund, the volume of which as of 01.12.2024 was approximately 21.24 trillion tenge (an increase of 26.4% in one year, and 22.8% since the beginning of the year). Pension savings at the expense of mandatory occupational pension contributions (MCPC) reached 642.76 billion tenge, < In 11 months of 2024, pension savings from the Pension Fund exceeded 218.79 billion tenge. Income flows The volume of pension savings will increase due to income flows in the form of pension contributions and investment income. In 2024, athletes of the Army Central Sports Club of the Ministry of Defense of the Republic of Kazakhstan demonstrated outstanding achievements on the world stage. On January 1, 2025, the veteran of the Great Patriotic War Zakir Musayev turned 100. The hero was congratulated by servicemen of local military administration bodies, representatives of the regional branch of the Amanat party, veterans of the Armed Forces, Afghan and other local wars, and students of the "Young Soldier" military-patriotic movement. Deputy Head of the Department for Defense Affairs, Lieutenant Colonel Zhandos Kulderbayev, presented the hero with a congratulatory letter from the Minister of Defense, Colonel General Ruslan Zhaksylykov, and memorable gifts.  - We owe this peaceful day to veterans. Their heroism was the foundation of a peaceful life, - noted Lieutenant Colonel Zh. Kulderbayev.   Zakir Musayev's life is an example of loyalty to military duty. He was born on January 1, 1925 in the village of Eski Ikan, South Kazakhstan region. He lost his father early. His mother raised him and his sister Angir alone. In 1943, at the age of 18, Zakir Musayev was drafted into the army. He served in the 44th regiment in Petropavlovsk, and in September of that year he voluntarily went to the front. He was wounded twice in the war. The veteran's work on the front was appreciated, he was awarded the Order of the Patriotic War, the Red Star and 13 combat medals. After the war, Zakir Musayev served in the security department of the NKVD building in Dresden until 1950. Returning to his homeland, he worked first as an accountant on the Kalinin collective farm, and then at the Ikan cotton station of the XXIII Congress of the Party. Zakir Musayev retired in 1985. He and his wife raised four daughters and one son. Zhansen Kereev is the first and only career Kazakh officer to be awarded the rank of lieutenant general in Soviet times. A wreath-laying ceremony was held at the square near the train station to honor the famous resident of Aktobe region. It was attended by veterans of the Armed Forces, the Afghan war, and relatives of the military leader. - Lieutenant General Zhansen Kereev remained a patriot until the end of his life. Of the 52 years of his life, 33 of them were spent away from his homeland. He served in the Transbaikalia Military District, Hungary, Germany, and Vietnam, and died in April 1983. But wherever Zhansen Kereev served, he always remembered the Kazakh steppe with love and supported his compatriots, - said Kazhymukan Satenov, chairman of the regional branch of the "Veterans of the Armed Forces". Zhansen Kereev was born in 1930 in the village of Irgyz, Aktobe region. After graduation, he served in the ranks of the Soviet Army in the Kuril Islands. Later, he graduated from the Blagoveshchensk Infantry School, the Frunze Military Academy, the Military Academy of the General Staff, and the Higher Academic Courses of the General Staff Academy. From 1953 to 1956, he commanded a platoon near Chita. He served in Germany, in the Leningrad Military District, commanded the 27th Guards Motorized Rifle Division in the GDR, and was Chief of Staff of the 3rd General Army of the Group of Soviet Troops in Germany. From 1979 to 1982, he served as Chief of Staff of the Volga Military District. In January 1982, he was assigned to Vietnam as Senior Advisor to the General Staff of the Vietnamese People's Army and First Deputy Head of the Military Council of the Ministry of National Defense. - Uncle Jansen was an honest and courageous man, a true patriot of his country. I remember that we celebrated his birthday together in 1980. But, unfortunately, he passed away a few years ago. I am grateful to everyone who came to honor him today, despite the holidays.
