In August, 574 thousand respondents took part in the online census. Of these, more than 245.7 thousand were representatives of agricultural structures, about 328 thousand were households. "The online census period showed good results. According to preliminary data, 84% of agricultural entities participated in the survey via the site. It should be noted that the general list also includes enterprises and farms that have been inactive for a long time, but are registered. The Kazakhstan Institute for Strategic Studies under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan conducted a large-scale survey from July 11 to August 12 of this year. 8,000 people over the age of 18 from 17 regions and the cities of Astana, Almaty, and Shymkent participated in it. The social survey showed that respondents have great trust in the institution of the President: 82.4% of citizens express strong support for Kassym-Jomart Tokayev. The highest level of support is shown by Kazakhstanis aged 18-29 (90.3%). Next in line are those aged 30-45 (82.4%), 46-60 (78.6%), and those over 61 (77.8%). Rural residents have slightly higher levels of trust than urban residents (84.9% and 80.9%, respectively). Regardless of income level and employment characteristics, respondents' levels of trust are similar. The most supportive of the president are: education workers (89.6%), healthcare professionals (84.5%), civil servants (87.1%), law enforcement officers (96.9%), representatives of the agricultural sector (86.2%), science (85.7%), and culture and art specialists (85.9%). The results of the survey clearly show that trust in the President is at a consistently high level among the country. This, in turn, proves the effectiveness of the current state policy for citizens.

The Kazakhstan Institute for Strategic Studies under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan conducted a mass survey of the population from July 11 to August 12 this year. Now this process is available through the Car Purchase and Sale Agreement service in the PSC application: the agreement is drawn up and signed with an electronic digital signature (EDS) of the seller and the buyer. Thus, the contract can be concluded in advance, even before visiting a specialized PSC, which significantly reduces the waiting time and simplifies the process of receiving the service. After registration in the application, the signed contract must be submitted to the Special Service Center to complete the vehicle registration procedure.In addition, the record of the concluded contract is permanently preserved in the history of the service, ensuring transparency and the possibility of subsequent verification. The age at which a citizen can enter into an annuity agreement depends on the type of annuity and the presence of compulsory occupational pension contributions (COPC):- Men can apply for an immediate pension annuity from the age of 55, women - from the age of 53 (from 2028, the female age will gradually increase and by 2031 it will reach 55 years). If there are COPCs paid for a period of at least 60 months, an immediate pension annuity can be purchased even earlier - from the age of 50 for both men and women (payments under the immediate annuity are made in all cases immediately after the conclusion of the contract).- Deferred annuity is issued to contributors of compulsory pension contributions (CPC), regardless of gender, from the age of 45, and representatives of harmful and dangerous professions for whom COPCs have been paid for at least 60 months - from the age of 40. Payments under the deferred annuity in all cases will begin from the age of 55.availability of a sufficient amount of PS, ensuring an insurance payment in the amount of not less than 70% of the subsistence minimum (SM) established for the relevant financial year by the law on the republican budget. In 2025, to receive the minimum monthly payment of 32,360 tenge, which is 70% of the SM, at least 9.1 million tenge for men and 11.9 million tenge for women are required.If the PS from CPC and/or COPC is not enough to issue an annuity, you can use savings from voluntary pension contributions (VPC). Restrictions on termination/modification of the agreementThe pension annuity agreement is concluded in writing. The basis for concluding the pension annuity agreement is an application to the insurance company of the CPC contributor (contributors) and (or) an individual for whom the COPC is transferred, containing the data necessary for calculating the insurance premium and identifying the policyholder (insured). After this period, despite the possibility of making changes to the agreement, it is not possible to return all funds to the account in UAPF: the insurance company must have an amount that ensures a lifetime monthly insurance payment of at least 70% of the PM in effect on the date of making changes.Termination of the agreement after two years is possible only if a new annuity agreement is concluded with another insurance company.
